Demolition of brick work or stone/boulder masonary built in cement mortar of any specification and in any position complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brick work with flyash old size bricks, straight or curved on plan exc. 6mm mean radius, built in in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for walling random rubble masonary uncoursed well bonded bedded and solidly hearted and built in cement mortar 1:6 etc complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plastering of any description on brick / stone/ concrete wall / ceiling surfaces of any description incl racking out joints hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed

M&L for rendering in cement mortar (1:6), 15mm thick on other than fair faces of stone masonary surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 15mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:4) mixed with water proofing compound @3% by weight of cement on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces, finished even and smooth complete all as specified and directed Note :- WPC measured and paid separately.

M&L for rough cast plaster over 10mm thick cement plaster in cement mortar 1:4 on stone / brick masonary wall surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only integral water proofing compound, ISI Marked complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surface of wall and apply three coats of white wash complete all as specified and directed

M&L for preparation of newly plastered wall surfaces and applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of primer, complete all as specified and directed.

Providing & Fixing false ceiling with Everest Fibre Cement Designer tile Ivory painted (High Pressure Steam Cured) of 4mm thickness (as per IS:14862) of size 595x595 mm and any one of the design (oceanic, lake & hill, cascade or electra) in true horizontal level, suspended on inter locking metal grid of hot dipped galvanized steel sections (galvanized @ 120 gms, both side inclusive) consisting of main "T" runner with suitably spaced joints to get required length and 15x32 mm made from 0.30 mm thick sheet, spaced at 1200 mm c/c and cross "T" of size 15x32 mm made of 0.30 mm sheet, 1200mm long spaced between main "T" at 600 mm c/c to form a grid of 1200x600 mm and secondary cross "T" of length 600 mm and size15x32 mm made of 0.30 mm thick sheet to be interlocked at middle of the 1200x600 mm panel to form grids of 600x600 mm and wall angle of size 15x20 mm made of 0.30 mm thick sheet and laying false ceiling tiles in the grid including , required cutting/making, opening for services like diffusers, grills, light fittings, fixtures, smoke detectors etc. Main "T" runners to be suspended from ceiling using GI soffit cleats fixed to existing RCC lintel with dash fasteners, GI adjustable rods of 3mm dia with galvanised Butterfly level clips, spaced at 1200 mm c/c along main T, bottom exposed width of 15mm of all T -sections shall be centra black pre-painted with polyester paint, and having a load bearing capacity of 12 kg/sqm, all complete at all heights as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

S&F 5mm thick PVC sheet fillet of width 35mm for wall panelling inclusive of fixing on to wall to make PVC frame as per specified and directed

S&F solid PVC wall Lining/wall panelling consisting of 5mm thick Plain colour PVC sheet inclusive of solvent cement and fixing at site on PVC frame as per specifications etc.

Dismantling asbestos Cement (corrugated, semi corrugated, etc) sheets/steelsheet/manglore tiles in roof covering complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Pre- painted galvatume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws fixed with L & J hooks and washers, in roofs, walls etc with grade of zink coating 275 all as specified and directed

S&F Pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based Plain steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws as specified and directed

S&F 6mm thick asbestos cement corrugated or semi corrugated sheets in roof fixed with L-type or J-type or cranked hook bolts complete all as specified and directed.

M&L asbestos cement two piece adjustable plain wing ridge 6 mm thick complete all as specified and directed.

S & F rolled mild steel as in angle setion, fixed indepenntly with or without connecting plates or welding with existing steel or iron surfaces etc and similar work confirming to Gde E-165 (Fe 290) including necessary cutting, welding etc and fixing in position complete all as specified and directed.

S&F steel work in tubular trusses, purlins, rafter including special shaped washer etc, complete using ERW or induction butt welded tubes complete all as specified and directed

M&L for preparation of new steel and iron surfaces of any description over 10cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer.complete all as specified and directed

Dismantling timber scantling, unframed work under 40 sqcm in section complete all as specified and directed

Dismantling timber scantlings unframed 40 sqcm and over in section, in any position complete all as specified and directed
