M&L Virified Ceramic light shade tiles 9 to 10 mm thick (square/ rectangular) polished, area of each tiles not exceeding 0.72 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match flooring( in any pattern) and jointed with neat cement slurry over 15 mm thick cement screed in CM 1:6 and pointed with coloured cement matching with surfaces of tiles as in floor complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-In-Charge.

M&L for rendering CM (1:4) 15 mm thick on fair faces of brick surfaces or concrete surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement up to four stories bldgs including taking down cement or cement lime plaster any description on any walls etc including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as up to four stories bldgs complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for rendering CM (1:3) 5 mm thick on concrete surfaces of ceiling, even and smooth without using extra cement up to four stories bldgs including taking down cement or cement lime plaster any description on any walls etc including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as up to four stories bldgs complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for preparation of new plastered surfaces of walls/ceiling, and applying two coats of distemper oil emulsion over a coat of primer incl 3mm thick elastomeric wall care putty on walls up to four stories complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for preparation on new or previously untreated wall and applying Two or more coats of APPEX/WEATHER COAT and including priming coat of exterior primer over 3mm wall acre putty up to four stories complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for prepration of old plastered or unplastered surfaces of walls and applying two coat of approved shade of oil emulsion distemper, including repairing of pot holes and cracks with 3mm wall care putty up to four stories complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material & Labour for prepration of old plastered or unplastered surfaces of walls and applying Two or more coats of APEX/WEATHER COAT over and including priming coat of exterior primer over 3mm wall care putty up to four stories bldgs complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for guiniting work to RCC work in coloumn, chajjas, balconies, slabs, landings etc by removing loose, concrete, incl removing rust with short blasting and cleaning of surface with wire brush and applying epoxy treatment to rusted reinforcement and including S&F welded wire mess fabric or wire not less than 95x95x3mm adhesive plaster grade for concrete admixture and providing guniting pressure 2.00/2.50 Kg/Sq cm with admixture 1 part of cement and 3.50 part of sand and thickness 50mm average and making the surface even and smooth including necessary formwork and 10mm thick with CM 1:4 plaster over repaired surface with WPC complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note : WPC will be mesured and paid in relevent item.

M & L 15 mm thick screed bed or bedding layer of cement mortar (1:4), with liquid water proofing compound as per manufacturer instructions complete all as specified and directed by Engr In Charge.

M&L for preparation of plastered/concrete surfaces of roof and applying the under mentioned course of roof treatement complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.:- (a) Surface shall be throughly wire brushed, cleaned, washed, dried up properly and apply evenly a bituminuous primer coat conforming to IS @0.4 ltr /Sqm over concrete / plastered roof surface. (b) Applying evenly a tack coat of bitumen 85/25 grade @1.20 kg/ sqm. (c) Laying of 3mm thick APP membrane sheet (min weight 3 Kg/Sqm) consisting of a core of 160 gms/Sqm polyster non woven fabric mat protected on both sides with a high quality polymeric asphaltic mix again protected with thermo fusible HMHDPE FILM on dried primed surface by torch application method. APP membrane will normally be laid in length at right angle to the direction of slope. The over lap shall be minimum 100mm on longitudinal direction and 150mm on the transverse direction including cuttings, grooves etc. (d) Membrane bonded completely to the substrate & the over laps are then scaled/fused by flame. Note:- This treatement shall be done by the approved authorized applicators and guarantee of treatement shall be minimum 10 years complete all as specified and directed by Engr In Charge.

M&L PCC 1:2:4 type B1 using 20mm graded aggregate mixed with water proofing compound as per manufacturer instructions laid 40 mm avg thickness as in padding over roof slabs for providing proper slope to the concrete padding, surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by Engr In Charge.

S & F of rolled mild steel sections as in main and cross beams, hip and jack rafter, purlins where connected to common rafters, drain cover, running rails, guides for sliding doors fixed with angle cleat and other connecting plates conforming to Fe-290 Grade E-165 including dismentling complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Preparation of new steel surfaces of any description, over 10 cm in width or girth, not otherwise described and applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide/ zinc up to four storey height building chromate complete all as specified and directed by Engr In Charge.
