REPAIRS TO SS GATES, ORNAMENTAL FENCING, STORM WATER DRAIN, BARBED WIRE, CONCERTINA COIL AND ALLIED WORKS IN PXE TECHNICAL AREA UNDER AGE B/R-I CHANDIPUR

Demolition of brick work or stone/boulder masonry, built in lime mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc., but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles built in cement mortar complete all as specified & directed.

M & L for Brick work with flyash bricks old size, straight or curved on plan exc 6 m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:4 etc complete all as specified & directed.

M & L Brick work with flyash bricks, straight or curved on plan to any radius in half brick thick walls, built in CM 1:4 complete all as specified & directed.

M & L plain cement concrete 1:2:4, type B-1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in coping kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, kerbs, etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors and pavings, etc. n exc 15cm thickness (below or above ground level) and removing debris and rubbish out of the premises complete all as specified & directed.

M & L for plain cement concrete 1:2:4, type B-2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in surface channels and drains, etc all as per directed.

Extra for forming fair finished of drain or channel 30 cm inner girth in cement concrete, using extra cement, including forms, moulds, mitred/stopped all as per directed and specified.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls etc including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 15mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 on brick or concrete surfaces of wall finished even & smooth complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for granite work (of any type) 20 (+/- 2) mm (table rubbed and polished) in pillars and like in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparation of newly plastered wall surfaces and applying two coats of cement based paint over a coat of primer complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for preparation of new or previuosly untreated plastered surfaces and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of pimer complete all as specified and as directed. (for footpath side wall paint of Black & White)

M & L for preparation of old painted plastered surfaces and applying one coat synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and as directed. (for footpath side wall paint of Black & White) all as per directed and specified.

Demolition of cement concrete (reinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Precast Reinforced Cement Concete 1:2:4 (Nominal Mix) Type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in cover slabs (for man holes, drain etc.) set in Cement Mortar (1:4) including necessary form, mould work, etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L TMT bars 10 mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of stone slabs and tiles laid, bedded and pointed in any mortar of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for 40 mm thick plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B 0 using 12.5 mm graded aggregate as in sub base to receive tiles all as per directed.

M & L Paving vitrified parking tiles 400mm x 400mm of 8 to 10 mm thick (heavy duty), set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry as in foot path with white cement and pigments complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for Chequered cement concrete tiles 40cm x 40cm x 25mm thick, pre-polished set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry with grey/colour cement and pigment in floors complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for Machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 80 mm thickness M-40 grade with grey cement & pigment complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for 50 mm thick sand filling under precast concrete inter locking paver floors including watering and consolidation complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for 100 mm thick plain cement concrete 1:2:4, type B-1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in hardstanding complete all as specified and as directed.

Forming 12mm thick expansion joints filled with pre-formed bituminous filler and top 30mm primed and sealed with sealing compound, Grade ‘B’ for 100mm thick concrete slab complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L Precast Cement Concete louvres and jalli 1:3:6 (Nominal Mix) type B-0 using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate, set in Cement Mortar (1:4), 25 mm thick, including all moulding but excluding frame including demolition of old jalli complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling structural steel work including doors, gates but excluding framed truss etc all as directed and specified by Engr-in-Charge.

S & F for framed work as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces, etc., complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering. Doors, etc. to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering, running rails and guides) and hanging; also fastening and fixing complete with Fe-410- W(Gde- E-250) quality- B complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F for framed work such as grills, gratings, etc.. with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; framework of water tanks and similar work conforming to Fe.290.Gde-E-165 all as directed and specified by Engr-in-Charge.

Dismantling Fencing wire mesh, any type all as directed and specified by Engr-in-Charge.

Dismantling barbed wire of any type all as directed and specified by Engr-in-Charge.

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh, size and type to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts, etc. including provission of binding wire complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only PVC coated MS galvanised chain link fencing of 2.00 mm dia GI wire and outer dia 3 mm mesh size 75 x 75 mm (including thickness of PVC coating) approved quality all as specified.

S & F for galvanised. 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails strain- ing bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc. as directed (each line wire to be measured) complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling posts or struts (wood, steel or R.C.C.) any section, including taking out emebedded portion of concrete, brick work, masonry and making good disturbed ground.

Excavating in post holes not exc. 0.5 cum in each and getting out in soft / loose soild and removing surplus soil to a distance not exc. 50 mtr and making good the surface all as directed and specified by Engr-in-Charge.

M & L PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation filing and mass concrete complete all as specified & directed.

Providing reinforced cement concrete (nominal mix) type B-I, 1:2:4 (20 mm graded aggregate) in precast posts, fencing posts, straining or terminal posts, struts etc. for fencing, average sectional area exc 100 sq. cm but n. exc 250 sq. cm, with or without chamfered angles and flat, splayed, rounded or mitred topes as directed and fixed.

S & F for flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc., and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and directed.

S & F Mild steel screw bolts (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut length of bolt exc 10cm and n exc 15cm long of 12 mm dia complete all as specified and directed.

S & F for mild steel bars round bar 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required for securing chain link fencing of grade Fe-410-W(Gde E-250) quality A complete all as specified and as directed.

Preparing new steel iron surfaces of any description over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer complete all as specified and directed.

Preparing old painted steel surfaces of any description over 10 cm width or girth and applying one coats of synthetic enamel paint complete all aspecified and directed.

Preparing new steel iron surfaces of any description n exc 10cm width or girth when and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F MS steel work in tubular trusses and tubular posts including special shaped washers etc., complete using but welded tubes confirming to IS 1161- 1979 graded St 240 with one shop coat of zinc chromate primer paint all as directed and Specified by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F Pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugater steel sheet 0.50 mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws as specified.

S&F Pre- painted galvatume aluminum zinc coating GI based Plain steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in valley/gutter/eve board fixed with self tapping screws etc., complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling plain or corrugated AC sheeting , any, thickness or similar pattern roof coverings all as directed and specified.

M & L Material & Labour for providing and fixing stainless steel (Grade 304) railing made of hollow tubes,channels, plates etc., including welding, grinding,buffing, polishing and making curvature (where ever required) and fitting the same with necessary stainless steel nuts and bolts complete, including fixing the railing with necessary accessories & stainless steel dash fasteners, stainless steel bolts etc., of required size, on the top of floor or the side of waist slab with suitable arrangement all as specified and directed.
