M&L Repair to potholes any depth, not exc 1 sq m each including sweeping free from dust and mud, or water, scoring sunken surfaces in roads, paths, etc. cutting around edges to at least 25 mm in depth, making good by filling in screened & graded road metal, watering and well ramming (including supply of road metal) making good by applying tack coat @ 5 kg per 10 sq m, putting in premixed bituminous macadam, well rammed and sealed with binder 9.8 kg per 10 sq m, blinded with 0.09 cu m of stone chippings, 6.3 mm size and again well rammed using power roller of capacity exceeding 8 tonne but not exceeding 12 tonne (including supply of premixed macadam, binder and chippings). depth of potholes n exc 30 mm

M & L for preparing the old bituminous macadam or SDAC surface by brushing with wire brushes for removing cracked mud, sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surfaces with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt and applying evenly a priming tack coat with bituminous primer @ 5 Kg / 10 Sqm of surface using paving bitumen VG-30 & Material and labour Bituminous premix Semi-dense asphaltic concrete (SDAC) 30 mm consolidated thickness with 5.50% binder (paving bitumen) of grade VG - 30 content by weight of total mix by using mechanical paver and vibratory roller 8 to 12 tonne, spread, rolled and compacted to required chamber and gradient and complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

M & L for preparing bituminous surfaces of road and marking 2.5mm thick centre lines, stop lines, dashes, arrows etc. and the like on roads pavements with tot applied thermo plastic road marking paint of approved colour confirming to BS 3262-1989 with special applicator machine all as per manufacturers instruction complete all as specified and directed.

S & F road studs (cat eye) two way reflective type of size 100x100x25 mm (min size) and max size according to manufacturer made of ABS material, scratch and abrasion resistant, micro plastic, temperature resitant body fixed on bituminous /concrete surfaces of approved make by GE all as directed. Supply and fixing metal tubular dealineator made out of ABS round body fitted with 2 Nos 65 mm dia highly reflective reflectors made out of PMMA and mounted on 45/50 m dia mild steel pipe of 600 mm height duly powder coated and thermo plastic elastomer 3 bands of green, red and yellow reflector radium tape of 25 mm wide strips with anti theft steel net for reflector protection including embedding in PCC 1:2:4 (150x150x300mm) type B1 complete all as specified and directed

Manufacturing, supplying and fixing retro reflective Mandatory/ Regulatory sign boards of 900 mm diametre with support length of 3750 mm and made up of 2 mm thick aluminium sheet, face to be fully covered with high intensity encapsulated type heat activated retro reflective sheeting conforming to type - IV of ASTM-D 4956-01 in blue and silver white or other colour combination including subject matter, message (bi-lingual), symbols and borders etc. as per IRC ; 67:2001, pasted on substrate by an adhesive backing which shall be activated by applying heat and pressure conforming to class -2 of ASTM-D-4956-01 and fixing the same with suitable sized aluminium alloy rivets @ 20 cm c/c to back support frame of M.S. angle iron of size 25x25x3 mm along with theft resistant measures, mounted and fixed with 2 Nos. M.S. angles of size 35x35x5 mm to a vertical post made up to M.S. Tee section ISMT 50x50x6 mm welded with base plate of size 100x100x5 mm at the bottom end and including making holes in pipes, angles flats, providing & fixing M.S. message plate of required size, steel work to be painted with two or more coats of synthetic enamel paint of required shade and of approved brand & manufacture over priming coat of zinc chromate yellow primer (vertical MS-Tee support to be painted in black and white colours).Backside of aluminium sheet to be painted with two or more coats of epoxy paint over and including appropriate priming coat including all leads and lifts etc. including embedding in board post PCC 1:2:4 (450x450x450mm) type B1 complete as per drawing , specification and direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Material and labour for providing and laying at or near ground level factory made kerb stone of M-25 grade cement concrete in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand), including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints except at sharp curve shall not to more than 5 mm), including making drainage opening wherever required including demolition of cement concrete (Unreinforced) in ground floors and pavings n exc 15cm thickness (Below or above Ground level)completeall as specified and as directed.

Material and labour chequered cement concrete tiles 25 cm x 25 cm x 25 mm thick with grey cement and pigment, set jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors including 20 mm thick screed bedding layer in CM 1:6 complete including dismantling Stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, paths, aprons etc Laid, bed-ded,complete all as specified and directed.

Fabricating, supplying and fixing Retroreflective regulatory sign board of size 900 mm dia meter made out of 2 mm thick aluminium sheet, face to be fully covered with high intensity encapsulated lens type retro -reflective sheeting as approved by Engineer-in-charge . Letter, symbols, borders etc. will be as per IRC - 67 with required colour scheme on the boards and with the high intensity grade A. The aluminium sheet to be riveted to M.S. frame of angle iron of size 40x40x4 mm. The boards will be fixed to 1 No.50x50 mm square post made of M.S. angle 50x50x4 mm, 4 m long welded to the frame with adequate anti-theft arrangement .Sheet work to be painted with two or more coats of synthetic enamel paint over an under coat (primer) and back side of aluminium sheet to be painted with two or more coats of epoxy paint including appropriate priming coat complete including embedding in board post PCC 1:2:4 (450x450x450mm) type B1 in all respects as per direction of Engineer-in-charge

S & F PVC( SWR ) pipes 110mm dia single socketed , in any length with rubber ring joints as rainwater, laid in floors or trenches complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for preparation of new or old concrete surfaces of any description over 10cm girth or width, not otherwise described and and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of primer all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for preparation of old decorated chequered tile surfaces applying two coats of terra cotta all as specified.
