M&L Cleaning of Raw water reservoir of size 102m x 40m x 8m, 60 Lakh gallon capacity located at Kavani pump House by dewatering existing bottom line water using suitable pumping set and removing of accumulated sand/ sludge/ dust particles (Approx 200 cum) manually or mechanically as directed using special T&P such as movable sewage cleaning tanker, scrapping inside wall and bottom of the reservoir by steel wire brush to remove raw material, grass/ fungus and transporting it to out side the installation complex & outside Air Force area within 10 Kms distance for disposal at low lying area at his own arrangement where the sanitary hazard do not take place and as per guidelines of civil authority all as directed. Thereafter cleaning/washing of interior surface by using high grade bleaching powder and lime mixed water as directed by Engineer-in-Charge / GE and including writing the date of cleaning in bold letters with synthetic enamel paint on white painted background on external wall of reservoir complete all as specified and directed. Note : (i) Contractor shall make his own arrangement for dewatering of left out water by diesel driven engine pump without any extra cost. (ii) Necessary safety precautions should be taken during currency of work. In case of any injury, loss to the workmen deployed for the work, the contractor shall be fully responsible for any injury / loss. (iii) Particular Raw water reservoir shall be handed over to the contrcator for cleaning as per schedule fixed by GE / Engineer-in-Charge. The same shall be cleaned in all respects within the time schedule. (iv) Tenderers are advised to visit the site before quoting the rates. No claim whatsoever shall be entertained by the Deptt. on account of any misunderstanding. (v) No machinery like water tanker, tractor etc. shall be allowed inside the reservoir for any purpose.

All as per ser item No 1 here-in-before but reservoir of size 45m x 22.5m x 12m located in Domestic Area and removal of accumulated sand / sludge / sludge/ dust particles (approx 130 cum).

M&L Cleaning of Static water tanks of size 3 metre dia and 2.5 metre deep duly drainage off the water, taking up and throwing mud/silt (3 to 4 cum) away from tank, thereafter cleaning / washing the internal surfaces by using high grade bleaching powder and lime mixed water as directed and applying two coats of white wash and writing the date of cleaning in bold letters with synthetic enamel paint on white painted background on external wall of SWT complete all as specified and directed both in Technical and Domestic area of AF Stn Nal. Dismantling the inspection cover and safety grill for cleaning work and refixing the same after completion of job include painting with two coat of synthetic enamel paint on complete steel grills / guard is deemed to be included in the rate quoted. Note : (i) Contractor shall make his own arrangement for dewatering by diesel driven engine pump without any extra cost. (ii) Necessary safety precautions should be taken during currency of work.. In case of any injury, loss to the workmen deployed for the work, the contractor shall be fully responsible for any injury / loss. (iii) Particular static water tank shall be handed over to the contractor for cleaning as per schedule fixed by GE / Engineer-in-Charge. The same shall be cleaned in all respects within the time schedule. (iv) Tenderers are advised to visit the site before quoting his rates. No claim whatsoever shall be entertained by the Deptt. on account of any misunderstanding.

M&L Cleaning of Over head tanks 25000 Glns capacity (maximum), 50 to 60 feet high, in two stage process by Descaling the inner surface using high pressure rotary jets, manually by wire brush; pumping out the mud, algae and other dust particles by suction pump and industrial vaccum cleaner; after cleaning mud, sand etc. from walls and floors and thoroughly cleaning with bleaching powder and lime wash water and finally washing the entire surface with water from walls, including Writing the date of cleaning in bold letters with synthetic enamel paint on white painted background on external wall /pillar of OHT complete all as specified and directed. Note : (i) All T&P required for cleaning of tank shall be arranged by the contractor at his own end.. (ii) Necessary safety precautions should be taken during currency of work.. In case of any injury, loss to the workmen deployed for the work, the contractor shall be fully responsible for any injury / loss. (iii) Particular over head tank shall be handed over to the contractor for cleaning within schedule fixed by GE / Engineer-in-Charge. The same shall be cleaned in all respects within the time schedule. (iv) Tender is advised to visit the site before quoting his rates. No claim whatsoever shall be entertained by the Deptt. on account of any misunderstanding. (v) Overhead water tank shall be drained out by the Deptt. at their own and before undertaking the work of cleaning & allied activities.

M&L Cleaning of UG Sumps 2 x 100000 Glns capacity (i.e. two sumps of 100000 Glns each inter-connected with each other) at Booster Pump House of depth up to 4 Mtr (Apprx) below ground level in two stage process by Descaling the inner surface using high pressure rotary jets, manually by wire brush; pumping out the mud, algae and other dust particles by suction pump and industrial vaccum cleaner; and thoroughly cleaning the surface with bleaching powder and lime mixed water, thereafter cleaning the entire surface with water as directed including Writing the date of cleaning in bold letters with synthetic enamel paint on white painted background on external wall /pillar of UG sump complete all as specified and directed. Note : (i) All T&P required for cleaning of tank shall be arranged by the contractor at his own end.. (ii) Necessary safety precautions should be taken during currency of work.. In case of any injury, loss to the workmen deployed for the work, the contractor shall be fully responsible for any injury / loss. (iii) Particular UG Sumps shall be handed over to the contractor for cleaning within schedule fixed by GE / Engineer-in-Charge. The same shall be cleaned in all respects within the time schedule. (iv) Tender is advised to visit the site before quoting his rates. No claim whatsoever shall be entertained by the Deptt. on account of any misunderstanding. (v) Bottom line water shall be drained out by the contractor using suitable pumping set at his own end.

Cleaning of Jack Wells of capacity 5000 ltrs to 10000 ltrs capacity at depth 5 metre (Approx) below ground level in two stage process by Descaling the inner surface using high pressure rotary jets, manually by wire brush; pumping out the mud, algae and other dust particles by suction pump and industrial vaccum cleaner; and thoroughly cleaning the surface with high grade bleaching powder and lime mixed water, thereafter cleaning the entire surface with water as directed including Writing the date of cleaning in bold letters with synthetic enamel paint on white painted background on external wall /pillar of well complete all as specified and directed. Note : (i) All T&P required for cleaning of tank shall be arranged by the contractor at his own end.. (ii) Necessary safety precautions should be taken during currency of work.. In case of any injury, loss to the workmen deployed for the work, the contractor shall be fully responsible for any injury / loss. (iii) Particular Jack wells shall be handed over to the contractor for cleaning within schedule fixed by GE / Engineer-in-Charge. The same shall be cleaned in all respects within the time schedule. (iv) Tender is advised to visit the site before quoting his rates. No claim whatsoever shall be entertained by the Deptt. on account of any misunderstanding. (v) Bottom line water shall be drained out by the contractor using suitable pumping set at his own end.

M&L Preparation the concrete surface and applying one coat of cement slurry @ 3 kg/sqm mixed with water proofing admixture, including rendering 10mm thick in cement mortar 1:3 mixed with water proofing admixture. Proportion of admixture shall be strictly as per manufacturer's instructions. Water proofing admixture shall be done of the make/brand : Aquaoroof LWP /Sika Raintite-1 / ACROFLO- LWP / Pidiproof LW as approved by Engr-in-Charge. Note: (i) The cost of water proofing admixure included in the unit quoted rate of this item. (ii) This item shall be applicable for UG Sump / SWT / OHT / Jack Well. (iii) The unit rate of this item includes the cost of T&P required for completion of said work and nothing extra shall be admissible.

M&L two coats of water proofing admixture of the make /brand : Aquaseal/Sikatop Seal R-107 /Acrocrete /Dampguard (Pidilite) on plastered surfaces complete all as specified and directed. Quantity of admixture shall be as per manufacturer's instructions. Note:- (i) The cost of water proofing admixure included in the unit quoted rate of this item (ii) This item shall be applicable for UG Sump, OH tank, Jack Well (iii) The unit rate of this item includes the cost of T&P required for completion of said work and nothing extra shall be admissible.

Surface dressing n exc 15 cm deep including clearing away all grass vegetation, saplings, shrubs, brushwood, undergrowth, roots, leveling & water spreading and removing rubbish, upto a distance of 50 meters outside the periphery of the area under clearance all as directed.

M&L for painting after scraping of old dull paints from the surface in MS Structure plant by scratching by wire brushes of steel surface over width or girth such as CI pipe lines of various tanks including rising mains, gravity, mains overflow pipe, wash out pipe & Header, valves, all Pit covers & MS sheets, Motor Pump sets etc by applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint as per colour code decided by Engineer-in Charge and writing MES/SM No of machinery with white paint of letter size not less than 25mm height complete in Kavani Pump House & Booster No 1 & 2 complete all as specified and directed. M&L Rendering 15 mm thick cement plaster 1:4 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified.

M&L for painting Motor & pump set of capacity upto 7.5 HP at site including all accessories by Scrapping out the existing paint and painting with one coat of approved quality synthetic enamel paint and writing SM No & MES No. with black colour on white base, letter size not less than 75 mm height complete all as specified and directed.

Note : (i) New parts shall be of the same existing make and model (ii) Contractor shall provide alternative arrangement during repair work to avoid uninterupted water supply and shall quote his rates considering this element.

Demolition of PCC n.exc 15 cm thickness, of any description and in any position complete all as specified and directed .

Dismantling of wrought iron and then cleaning the same for refixing to its original position complete all as specified and directed.

Fixing only framed work as in rails and braces retrived from item No. 32 of this schedule complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster of any description on brick/concrete wall surfaces etc including raking out joints hacking for key , scrubbing down down with water etc complete all as specified and directed. Note:- The demolished materials should be disposed off out side the MOD land. The contractor shall quote his rates considering the above element.

M&L for 15 mm cement plaster in CM 1:4 in two layers , 5mm thick over GI wire netting 0.90mm dia and 12mm mesh lathing to wood or metal studding, joists, etc. in walls, ceilings, stanchions, beams, etc. including all laps, cutting and waste over 10 mm thick plaster on fair faces of brick work finished even and smooth without using extra cement mixed with water proofing compound as per manufacture's instruction complete all as specified and as directed . Note : Water proofing compound will be measured and paid separately under relevent item of this schedule .

Supply only integral water proofing compound (ISI Marked) complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in mass concreting in foundation filling complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B-2 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in coping etc including weathering , slightly rounded or chamfered and throating with necessary works complete all as specified and directeed .

M&L preparation of old decorated surfaces of walls plastered or unplastered including all cornices pilasters etc by brooming down or steel wire brushing , scraping down smoke soots , moulds , moss and efflorecene salts and treading oil and greasy spots etc and applying one coat of exterior emulsion paint of approved colour /shade as in camouflage pattern upto any height to wall /ceiling surfaces complete all as specified and directed .

M&L preparation of new surfaces of walls plastered or unplastered including over one coat of primer applying two coat of exterior emulsion paint of approved colour /shade as in camouflage pattern upto any height to wall /ceiling surfaces complete all as specified & directed .

M&L for two coats of White/colour wash on walls complete all as specified and directed.
