M & L for general servicing of DG Sets of capacity 30 KVA to 62.5 KVA comprising of following jobs i.e. transportation, labour charges & minor materials required for servicing as required complete all as specified and directed. :- (i) Cleaning of complete DG set & greasing of the parts. (ii) Tappet setting as per standard. (iii) Fan belt, tensioner pulley and lever adjustments. (iv) Tightening of all the nuts, bolts and clamps. (v) Testing & checking of AC & DC Wiring. (vi) Self & Charging Alternator cleaning and testing, checking of working & minor fault removal. (vii) Checking of Supply & return fuel pipes from fuel tank to engine. (viii) Checking of FIP timing by Fuel cut off method. (ix) Unserviceable /broken/removed DG set doors to be repair and refixing. (x) Checking and repair of unserviceable electrical wiring DG sets . S & F in replacement air cleaner Elements inner for DG Set of capacity 100 KVA complete all as specified and directed. Make – Kirloskar/ Mahindra Powerol / Cummins/ Ruston

Supply and filling in replacement Premixed coolent suitable for DG Set complete all as specified and directed.Make : Castrol/Servo/Pride/TATA.

Supply and filling in replacement sump/topping up engine oil, multi grade 20W40 in engine & including replacement of old engine oil complete all as specified and directed. Make : Castrol/Servo/Pride

M & L for dismantling and refixing of the radiator and fan of from the engine of capacity 30 KVA to 62.5 KVA for cleaning of copper tubes and cooling fins by using de-scaling solution and soldering, patch work including water pumps assembly, replacement of defective water pumping assembly, radiator cap etc; and pressure testing for leakage and including transporting to repair workshop complete all as specified and directed.

Ditto all as per Item No. 11 above but DG set of capacity 100KVA

M & L for spray painting of DG sets, Alternator, Panel, and base frame etc. with one coat of synthetic enameld paint as per existing/MES colour code after cleaning of old painted surface rubbing of old paint and making surface for paint and wiriting MES No,SM No and capacity of DG set complete all as specified and directed for 15 KVA to 40 KVA of DG set

M&L for dismantling and replacement of Rubber coupling of DG set 30 KVA to 62.5 KVA as per sample at site all as specified and directed.

Supply and Fix inreplacement voltage monitor relay(VMR) Upto 63 KVA DG set and testing complete,all as directed by Engr-in-charge,

S & F in replacement two sided threaded fuel pipe with wrapped with steel wire as per existing size, Make & Model complete all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting the alternator from engine and foundation, loading/ unloading and transportation up to workshop and back to the site of following capacity

Dismantling the Alternator taking out rotor carefully and repairing of main shaft and prepairing of new key way, Replacing old bearings with new bearing of suitable sizes with no as 6310/ 6312/ 6313 etc all as required at site.

Rewinding of alternator with super enamelled copper insulation wire of existing gauge, Varnishing with Dr Beck Varnish and applying epoxy gel coat of standard colour including blocking, heating and applying finishing epoxy gel coat and replacing of carbon brush, contact points, contacts & slipring etc. all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge of following capacity.

S & F in replacement all type of cooling hose pipe, over flow pipe, copper tube fuel supply pipe with clip including fittings as per existing site complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in replacement feed pump suitable for DG Set of capacity 30 KVA to 62.5 KVA KVA complete all as specified and directed. Make :- Kirloskar/Cummins/Sudhir/CG.

Supply and Fix in replacement (Electronic Monitor Systems) Genset Controller For Generator main display controller board (KG934V1)/(DGC-6D)/ DES-9A / or As per existing make and model suitable for 30 KVA to 62.5 KVA DG set, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge

Repair, overhauling and Calibration of Fuel Injector Pump and injector nozzel assembly complete with any capacity of DG Set,by replacement of injector cups, barrels plunger whichever required for smooth functioning of Engine. Make:- Kirloskar/ Mahindra Powerol / Ruston

S & F in replacement Fan Belt as per existing size and make suitable for DG Set of capaciity 30 KVA to 62.5 KVA complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in replacement indicating LED Light, 240 Volt AC/DC LED Type Red, Yellow, Blue complete all as specified and directed. Make :- L & T/AE/CG.

S & F in replacement 20-40 Amp negative & positive diode kit suitable for Alternator of DG Set of capacity 30 KVA to 62.5 KVA complete all as specified and directed. Make :- Teknika/C&S/EL measure/Procom/L&T/Schneider/AE/GE

Labour and T&P for fault detection of non working existing DG Set , Opening diesel engine and dismentalling all the component of the engine complete cleaning all the components dismentlling and keeping as old for reuse(if found serviceable) assembling the complete engine after replacing unserviceable parts.For overhauling repair/bore of cylinder head,valve seat,exhaust inlet and crank by grinding and polishing and shall be carried out through O.E.M of manufacturer's Mechanic/engineer /technician only complete all as specified & directed.Note : (i) The quoted Rate shall be deemed to include of visiting and inspection of DG Set of technician/mechanic (ii) If any burnt out/defective items like moving/fixed parts etc will be measured and paid separately under respective items.with replacement of the following :-

M&L for General servicing and calibration of oil fired Thermax make incinerator Model PGVS30 (01 No at Dalhousie and 01 at Bakloh cantt) by replacement of certain spare parts with and including necessary minor repair work, complete testing of panel of incinerator and motors and all other components, cleaning, checking and testing complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for General servicing and calibration of burner ,Monoblock with 0.5 HP fuel pump motor and automatic operation including replacement of defective electrodes in burner, electrode gap adjustment, cleaning the burner assembly and greasing of 0.5 HP motor complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for General servicing and calibration of ventury scrubber, type high pressure/high energy and cleaning the ventury assembly completeall as specified and directed.

Material and labour for General servicing and calibration of ID fan centrifugal belt driven motor of capacity 5 HP and greasing of 5 HP motor and also changing the rear and front bearing complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for General servicing and calibration of combustion air fan centrifugal belt driven motor of capacity 0.25 HP and greasing of 0.25 HP motor and also changing the rear and front bearing complete all as specified and directed.

M&L in replacement for Earth continuity conductor or main earthing lead fixed to walls on batten or recess or chases or burried in ground or drawn in conduit/pipes or fixed to poles or any other indicated situation for loop earthing etc as required 32 x 6 mm galvanised iron strip all as specified.

M&L for chemical earthing with copper strip as per details specified below:- (a) The earthpit shall be of size 1.2m x 1.2m and of depth (minimum) 3.6m. (b) Copper plate 90cm x 60 cm x 5mm (c) Copper strip 32 x 6mm (cross section) (d) Chemicals of quantity (i) Charcoal - 250 Kgs (ii) Salt Crystal - 200 Kg (iii) Magnisium Shalphate - 100 Kg (e) 25mm dia GI watering pipe medium grade above copper plate filled with funnel wire alongwith cap. (f) Copper strip shall be provided with GI protection pipe of 40mm dia light grade upto test block. Note :- (i) Test result of earth resistance of chemical earth pits shall be less than 1 ohm.
