REPAIRS TO LEAKY ROOF OF IOLAV BUILDING AT AVNL ESTATE

Demoiltion of (unreinforced) cement Concrete/ lime concrete with brick tiles etc,show to mother concret slab, of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for and removing Rocks debris from roof to part there of beyond 500 m and upto total distance of not exceeding 1.50Km.

Material and labour for cutting out wall cracks to V-section in existing roofs or terracing and walls etc., Taking down plastering/ cement dado/terazzo or cement lime plaster,cleaning out and application of Polyurathene based sealant for filling of wall cracks upto 20mm width and 10mm depth. PU Sealant material shall have elongation more than 700 %, wetting,of anydescription, grouting rag bolts or rag angle iron service bracket, Hexagonal Chicken wire Mesh Galvanized with wire nail and making good with cement mortar 1:3 including making good finishing to match the existing work Before wall plastering tie to chicken wire mesh using nail as approved by EIC.

M & L for plastering in CM 1:3, 15mm thick on fair faces of brick work and concrete wall surfaces. Al including necessary scoffolding complete all as directed.

Supply of liquid waterproofing compound for plastering in wall/roof surfaces. The make of liquid waterproofing compound should be got approved by E-I-C.

Removal of existing old damaged Bitumen felt layer including removing of all residual bitumen and primer including of all traces using hand buffing machine/mosaic tpolishing machine and depositing the removed materials to a distance not less than 1 KM .

Supply and application of Polyurethane based sealant for filling of visible cracks up to 10mm width and 5mm depth. PU sealant material shall have elongation more than 700%.The contractor shall use Hyperseal expert 150 of Alchemica/Seal Arm PU of MYK Arment/ SNF one plus P590 of Bostik/Masterseal NP 473 U of Master Builders Solutions / Cipoxy 16 D of Dr.Fixit or suitably equivalent make). Makes are only acceptable as approved by EIC and finishing the top surface.

Material and Labour for preparation of Expansion joint by cleaning/Removal of all old loose particles inside the joint and making the joint dust free and fit for new application. Material and labour for application of specially formulated PU sealant having elongation more than 700 % shall be used by the contractor. The contractor shall use HYPERSEAL EXPERT 150 of Alchemica ,Seal N Flex 1 of Bostik or equivalent in STP, BASF or CIPY make. The PU Sealant shall be applied over a primer base coat like MICROSEALER 50 of Alchemica N49 Primer of Bostik or eauivalent to STP, BASF or CIPY or suitably equivalent make including all necessary arrangements for complete leak proof expansion joint (width of expansion joint vary from 20mm to 40mm and depth 150 mm to 200mm) depending on site condition.

Supply and application of seamless Polyurethane (PU) based elastomeric coating exposable to atmosphere. The work consisting:- a) Supply &Application of PU based primer minimum of 100gms per SQM. b) supply and application of seamless PU based elastomeric coating over a primer coat to achieve a thickness of 1.5 mm DFT in two coats, with an application rate of minimum 2.1 kg/Sq.M, having minimum solid content (ASTM 836) of more than 85% and elongation also more than 400%. c) Supply & Application of Protective UV top coat @ 0.25 kg/sq.m. (The Contractor Shall use the material from the reputed manufacturers such as "Master Builders Solutions", "MYK Arment", "Dr. Fixit", "Alchimica", "Bostik" and "Tecnopol" or suitably equivalent make as approved by EIC)

Disconnection of existing tanks exceding 500L & not exceeding 1000L, setting aside (or lowering if required) for repairs, cleaning,etc,and hoisting if required reconnectiing and re fixing in position.

Supply and Fixing of CPVC pipe 25mm SDR11 &plain CPVC SDR 11 Fitting on concealed walls/ceiling or laying in floor complete all as specified.
