Taking down cement plaster of any description on concrete surfaces such as soffit of RCC slab, chajjas and brick walls, ceiling etc including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc, complete all as specified and directed

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick cement plaster in CM 1:6 on brick work or concrete surfaces including finished even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick in CM 1:4 on of brick work or concrete surface finish ever and smooth (w/o using extra cement) incl WPC as per user manual, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 10mm thick in CM 1:3 over concrete surface as on ceiling, chhajja, shelves etc to match with existing surfaces finish even and smooth w/o using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed. .

M&L for 15mm thick ready mix plaster CM (1:6) on brick/concrete/stone wall surfaces including finishing the surfaces fair and even (without using extra cement) and smooth as per manufacture direction complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 10 mm thick ready mix plaster CM (1:3) on brick/concrete/stone wall surfaces including finishing the surfaces fair and even (without using extra cement) and smooth as per manufacture direction, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparation of new plastered surface and applying two coats of oil emulsion distemper on wall over one coat of primer incl one layer of 1mm thick wall care putty on new plasterd surfaces and obtain smooth finish using sand paper, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparation of new plastered surface and applying two coats of oil emulsion distemper on ceiling over one coat of primer incl one layer of 1mm thick wall care putty on new plasterd surfaces and obtain smooth finish using sand paper complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new treated plastered on wall surfaces and applying two coats of weather proof exterior emulsion (water based) paint of dark or light colours/shade on walls (shade as approved by GE) over applying plaster of paris putty of 1 mm thickness over plastered surface to prepare the surface even and smooth exterior/interior on wall surface complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for one coat of Acrylic smooth exterior emulsion paint over one coat of acrlic primer incl one layer of 1 mm thick wall care putty for exterior/interior on old scraped wall/ceiling surfaces and obtain smooth finish using sand paper complete all as specified and directed. Note : Colour and make as approved by EIC/GE.
