Amount

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5m wide and not exceeding 1.5m depth and getting out in hard/dense soil for laying of cables/ for erection of poles/ for stay assembly etc complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in trenches including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm, complete all as specified and directed.

Removing surplus excavated soil to a distance not exceeding 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and spread clean dry river sand in trenches for cushioning of cable, complete all as specified and directed. Note: Punned down thickness only shall be measured for the purpose of payment, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying Sub class 'B' bricks laid dry and flat, size 230 mm x 115 mm x 75 mm across the length of the cable for protection of cable, complete all as specified and directed.

Boaring/ drilling (Horizontally) of holes under road, pavement, hard standing by trenchless technology suitable for passing cables/pipes up to 80mm dia complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cutting of existing road / hard standing upto 15 cm depth for laying of pipes, cables etc, and making good the disturbed surfaces by providing PCC 1:2:4 after laying of cables /pipes and returning filling of soil, complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Excavation and earth work below road / hard standing will be measured and paid under relevant items.

M&L for cutting round holes into or through stone walls built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar and walls of cement concrete of superficial area exceeding 400 sqcm but not exceeding 0.16 sqm and making good in cement mortar 1:3 or cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 as required for exhaust fan opening, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Brick work with fly ash bricks, straight or curved on plan in any radius built in CM 1:4 in existing ventilator opening for making a circular hole for fixing 230mm sweep exhaust fan, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Rendering 10mm thick cement plaster in CM 1:4 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces finished even and smooth (without using extra lime or cement) and applying two coats of white wash wash, complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down copper/aluminium point wiring (light, fan, socket or power) complete, including fixture and fittings such as switches, ceiling roses, pendants, regulators, sockets, light fitting etc. and removing materials to store for keeping in safe custody or for taking credit and making good disturbed surfaces of walls, floors, etc, complete all as specified and directed. M&L in replacement of submain wiring alongwith earth wire with 2 x 4 Sqmm + 1 x 4 Sqmm FRLS PVC insulated, unsheathed, multistranded, 1100 Volts grade copper conductor cable single core, drawn through and including PVC Conduit and its all accessories of suitable size on wall/roof surfaces complete all as specified and directed. Note: Three runs of 4 Sqmm copper cable and one run of PVC conduit shall be measured as one unit length.

M&L in replacement of submain wiring alongwith earth wire with 2 x 10 Sqmm + 1 x 10 Sqmm FRLS PVC insulated, unsheathed, multistranded, 1100 Volts grade copper conductor cable single core, drawn through existing PVC Conduit in wall, complete all as specified and directed. M&L in replacement of submain wiring with two single core 6 sqmm PVC insulated and unsheathed copper conductor, multistranded 1100 volts grade through and including exisitng/new non metalic rigid PVC concealed conduit of suitable size including running up to 6 sqmm copper conductor multistranded PVC insulated and unsheathed wire as earth continuity conductor along the wiring and connected to the common earth dolly complete including removing the existing unserviceable sub main wiring and making good the disturbed surface to match with the existing all as specified and directed. Note: Three runs of 6.0 Sqmm copper cable and one run of PVC conduit shall be measured as one unit length.

Supply, installation, testing & commissioning of maintenance free chemical earthing system conforming to IS: 3043 and as per the detailed specifications given below:- (a) Earth Electrode: Earth electrode shall be non-corrosive, solid copper round rod of size 17.20 mm dia, 3000mm long, made of high tensile low carbon steel with molecularly bonded copper coating of thickness 250 microns on the outside.
