S&F aluminium anodised grill (DG 104) 10mm x 5 mm thick on Deco grill or equivalent fixed with 'F' section approved make complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down and refixing of aluminium shutter in the same position after repairing and making it smooth functional including replacement of unserviceable top pivot and adjustment of door floor spring (size of shutter n.exc 2.50 sqm each) complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down rolling shutters and re-fixing to its original position after cleaning all parts, straightening rails, changing damaged strips, bottom rail,guide rail, helical spring as required, greasing,oiling,painting servicing for smooth functioning of all parts completed all as directed for the following sizes :- Note: Lath strips, bottom rail, spring, gears, guide rail etc. will be measured and paid separately as supply only.

Replacement of existing unserviceable gear box with new gear box made out of 1mm thick mild steel sheet including painting with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only 75mm wide laths strips 1mm thick for rolling shutter including mild steel clips at either ends duly painted with and including two coats of synthetic enamel paint (shades to match with the existing) over a shop coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only mild steel bottom rail lock plate with two handles 150 mm wide and 3mm thick including necessary locking arrangement on both sides and painting to bottom rail with and including two coats of synthetic enamel paint to match with existing over a shop coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified & directed.

S&F solid PVC Wall Lining for wall panelling consisting of 5 mm thick wood grain printed colour PVC sheet inclusive fixing with all accessories at site as per specifications and drawing complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 5 mm thick PVC sheet fillet of width 35 mm for wall panelling inclusive of fixing on wall to make PVC frame as specified & directed.

Dismantling of old wooden partition and S&F aluminium powder coated partition of specified aluminium section as per required size & Wt. of section can not be less than 0.55 Kg / Rm including aluminium beads rubber gasket and 5 mm thick frosted glass in upper portion and 4 mm thick ACP sheet of any colour on bottom portion of partition complete all as specified and directed.
