Railing Guard Works in Cane Marselling Yard as per below Specification:
Excavation along the length 150m x 22@2m interval (0.4m dia circular pit of depth 0.7-1575 no.) Rates to be include dressing the sides & bottom, back filling & compactor by the side of the foundation
PCC 1:1,5:3 Grout, MS Struct : Providing and laying PCC (1:1,5:3) mix using 20 mm and down stone aggregate for grouting angles / MS Structural@2m interval along the line. (0.4 M Dia Circular pit of depth 0.7 M, 1575 No.) Rates to be includes mixing, providing formwork if required, placing compacting by hand ramming mechanical vibrator, curing etc complete
Pipe Railing : Fixing of old/ Scrap MS Pipes/Channel provided by HBL for top and bottom railins @2m vertical support. Rate includes transportation from scrap yard to cane yard fabrication, cutting, bending of the MS pipe, supply and fixing of MS clamps/welding at every vertical support with approved welding materials and painting the railing with two coats of Zinc Phosphate Primer and two coats of synthetic enamel paint after proper cleaning /scraping. Shalimar/Berger/Asian make 1st quality only (Refer attached Drawing ) Measurement will be on running Meter of Lane
