Taking down cement plaster from stone/brick walls including racking out joints for keys and scrubbing down with water etc, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 15mm thick Rendering in two coats of ( 10 mm thick on first coat and 5mm thick in second coat) on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in CM (1:4) using with WPC @ 2% by wt of cement on second coat complete all as specified and directed. ( Note : WPC shall be measured and paid separately)

M&L for 10 mm thick rendering in CM (1:4) on walls on soffits and finised even and smooth (without using extra cement) complete all as specified and directed

Supply only Integral water proofing compound complete all as specified.

M&L for Preparation of new surfaces of wall and applying two coats of 100% anti fungal acrylic emulsion paint over one coat primer all as per manufacturer instruction and including necessary scaffoldings upto G+4 etc etc complete all as specified and directed.(The makes of exterior grade acrylic emulsion shall be : Asian Paints " Apex Ultima", Nerolac paints " Excel Anti Peel Emulsion", ICI Dulux " Weather Shield Max / Ultra Clean Emulsion", Berger"Weather Coat All Guard Emulsion"
