PROCUREMENT OF PRINTERS FOR DILRMP PROJECT, REVENUE DEPARTMENT

The tenderer should be a manufacturer who must have manufactured, tested and supplied the equipment (s) similar to the type specified in the ‘Schedule of Requirements’ up to at least xxxx % of the quantity required in any one of the last 3 years. The equipments offered for supply must be of the most recent series models incorporating the latest improvements in design. The models should have been released on or after xxxxx and be in satisfactory operation for xxxxx months as on date of tender opening. Certificates to be provided as per Section XII of Tender Document.

In case of authorized representative/dealer of a manufacturer - The manufacturer furnishes authorization in the prescribed format assuring full guarantee and warranty obligations as per General Conditions of Contract and Special Conditions of Contract. Manufacturers Authorization Form to be provided as per Section XIII of Tender Document.

In case of authorized representative/dealer of a manufacturer - The tenderer, as authorized representative/dealer , has supplied, installed and commissioned satisfactorily at least xxxxx % of the quantity similar to the type specified in the Schedule of Requirements in any one of the last three years which must be in satisfactory operation for at least xxxxx months on the date of tender opening. Certificates to be provided as per Section XII of Tender Document.

The legal status, place of registration and principal place of business of the company or firm or partnership.

Details of experience and past performance of the tenderer on equipment offered and on those of similar nature within the past three/five years2 and details of current contracts in hand and other commitments.

A detailed description of the essential technical and performance characteristics of the goods.

A list giving full particulars, including available sources and current prices, of spare parts, special tools, etc., necessary for the proper and continuing functioning of the goods for a period of two years, following commencement of the use of the goods by the Purchaser.

Bidder should furnish copy of the Registration document where the Company/Proprietorship/ Partnership is registered under Indian Companies Act 1956 or 2013/Partnership Act 1932 / Shops and Establishment Act/Limited Liability Partnership/Proprietorship.

Bidder shall be authorized dealer and shall submit Manufacturer Authorization Form (MAF) in prescribed format, in Annexure 4. If Bidder is OEM, declaration shall be furnished to that effect in Annexure 4

a.ISO 9001 Certification: Possess a valid ISO 9001:2015 (or latest version) certification for QMS.b.ISO 27001 Certification (Recommended): Possess a valid ISO 27001:2013 (or latest version) certification for ISMS c.OEM Certifications: BIS Certification

Bidder should be registered under GST and should submit proof of filing GST returns for the past 3 years.

a)If Bidder is an OEM - should have supplied the equipment similar to the type specified in the Schedule of Requirements up to at least 80% of the quantity required and if bidder is a trader, should have supplied at least 30% of the required quantity of similar equipment in any one of the last 3 years. The equipment offered for supply must be of the most recent series models incorporating the latest improvements in design. The models should have been released on or after 01.01.2024.b.The bidders should have experience of supplying the minimum required quantity to a Central or State Government / Urban Local Bodies / Government Departments / Public Sector Companies/ Private Companies in India

The bidder shall provide documentary proof of IT returns filed for previous three financial years (2022-23, 2023-24, 2024-25)

The Bidder should have in the last five years period achieved in at least one financial year a minimum financial turnover of Rs.55 lakhs from IT Enabled Services / Printers Supplies and should have a positive net worth.

Company Information shall be furnished as per Annexure-5. Bidder/OEM should have Corporate/Regional office with good service and technical support team with authorized service centres with minimum of 2 service engineers in each of the service centres in the State of Karnataka or undertake to open a service office in Karnataka in case it becomes the successful bidder within 45 days of award of contract.

The bidder should not have been blacklisted by any organization of Karnataka or in any other State Government or Central Government or PSU undertakings.

If bidder is a manufacturer, then manufacturer certificate should be submitted.

If the bidder is MSME and desires to claim 15% price preference then bidder should submit relevant documents in support of this claim.

The bidder would provide letter of compliance of the Technical specifications of the item indicated in the last column of Annexure - 1.
