M&L for removing filter media from 2 No.of Swimming pool complete all as dircted

Supply and fill Sillica sand media for filter with granulometry between o.4 & 0.8mm complete all as directed.

Supply and fill Gravel for filter with granulometry between 1-2mm complete all as directed.

M&L for Area clearance/levelling/excavation/digging at MES installation including STP, removing shurbs grasses, plant in drying bed 06 Nos Size 12.2x7.7 m at any width and length by using JCB complete all as directed. Note 1. The cost of POL includedin quotated rates . 2. After Start and finsh of the work , hrs slips shall be provided by the contrcator 3. LOG Sheet shall be maintained.

S&F in repair Mild steel plates chequered, 2 to 5mm thick or over in thickness in available sizes or as directed including painting with Black oil paint over a coat of red oxide complete all as specified and directed

Dewatering by pumping out raw sewarage water with the help of diesel engine driven pump set or elecric driven pump set or by vaccume pump installed on vehicle from grit tank, aeration tank, primary settling, final settling, digestion chamber, Depot tank and ADGM tank and MAP STP disposing the water through connected hose pipes etc for removal of Sludge /Slit all as specified and directed .

M&L for taking out sludge /silt removal of complete sludge and silt with help of mechanically operated lift machine/crane, manually, scrapping out complete by vaccum pump installed on vehicle, sludge from the side wall of tank with the help of wire brush, taking out complete sludge and silt and depositing the same to a distance exc 1.00 km and not exc 1.5 km, clearing the site as directed. Location : Grit tank, aeration tank, primary settling, final settling, digestion chamber, Depot tank and ADGM tank and MAP STP Note:- (i) Contrcator is solely responsible for necessary safety and any mishapening during the subject work. (ii) Quotated rates inclues all T&P, pumps, lighting arrangement and safety eqpts required.

M&L for scrapping of existing surface by use of steel brush of Main Gate STP, waldevi filteration plant and painting with two coats sky blue paint synthetic enamelled paint complete all as directed .

Disconnecting electrically and disengaging the AC Squirrel cage induction motor 3 phase 415 Volt, 50 Cycles and taking out to local workshop induction motor 12/10 HP/7.5 HP (940/1540 RPM) for repair purpose including complete cleaning, varnishing, insulation replacement of DE /NDE bearings and greasing and including shifitng back to location as directed, installing, testing and commissioning after repair complete all as specified and directed. Note:- (i) T&P and transportation to workshop & return is included in quotated rates (ii) Rewinding will be measure & paid seperately under relavant item of Sch.

Disconnecting electrically and disengaging the AC Squirrel cage induction motor 3 phase 415 Vlots, 50 Cycles, 5 HP, 900 RPM capacity motors from respective non clogging centrifugal pumps/open well submersible pumps, other rotating mechanism etc, removing from foundations, dismantling rotor and stator, bearings, cleaning the dust/dirt, overhauling thoroughly including complete varnishing and reinsulation replacement of DE /NDE bearings, greasing, reassembling the motor, mounting on the foundations, coupling with non clogging centrifugal pumps/ respective mechanism, making the electrical connections, testing and commissioning all as directed. Note:-(i) T&P and transportation to workshop & return is included in quotated rates (ii) Rewinding will be measure & paid seperately under relavant item of Sch.
