DISPOSAL OF SCRAP ITEMS AT BPCL SANGRUR TOP

Scope Of Work: Disposal Of Scrap items at BPCL Sangrur TOP.

Miscellaneous metal scrap is lying inside Sangrur TOP. Highest bidder to collect the scrap materials

from the Depot on as and where is basis. The scrap consists of old aluminium frames, copper &

aluminium cables, damaged plastic drums, mis. MS plates etc.

General terms & conditions:

1. The quoted value of the scrap will be final and party will have to deposit applicable 18% GST

2. Base & GST rate to be bidded in tender & additional 1 % TCS to be submitted once tender is

awarded to highest bidder.

3. EMD of Rs. 6650/- to be submitted in favour “ Bharat Petroleum Corporation Ltd” payable at

4. Vendors to visit the depot to understand the quantum of the work, pictorial view of the scrap

items attached.

5. Supply of manpower for allied work is in scope of the party i.e. loading/unloading of scrap

materials. Transportation shall be in scope of the party.

6. All appropriate personal protective equipment to be used while entering the depot premises.

7. Statutory & legal obligation dues shall be responsibility of the party.

8. Party to uplift scrap within stipulated time as advised by Location I/C or Engg. Officer.

9. It would be assumed that you have clearly understood the scope of work and if not then please

consult with concerned officer.
