REPAIR REPLACEMENT OF OLD UNSV EARTHING LIGHTENING PROTECTION SYSTEM OF 15 FAD JINDRAH UNDER GE ARMY DHAR ROAD

Dismantling/taking out old unserviceable earthing any type including earth work complete all as directed.

M&L for Earthing complete with copper plate earth electrode of size 60 cm X 60 cm X 3.15 mm thick burried directly in ground earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr deep below ground level with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 mtr below normal ground level connected to copper strip of 20 mm X 3 mm thick by means of brass or copper alloy nuts, bolts, check nut and washer including earthing pit made by PCC (1:3:6 )type C-1, RCC (1:2:4) type A-1 pre cast cover (54cm X 54cm x 5 cm) duly reinforced with and including 8 mm dia TMT steel bars @ 150 mm C/C both way, one lifting handle made of 8 mm dia TMT bar embedded in precast cover slab and 15 mm dia medium grade GI pipe for watering with funnel having wire mesh and 40 mm dia medium grade GI pipe for protection of copper strip including providing charcoal or coke and salt in alternative layer of 15 cm complete all as shown in electrical plate No-3 including necessary earth work such as excavation, removal of soil n.exc 50 mtr, returning and refilling etc complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling old unsv strip any size/any type, removing all bends & links , procelain insulator,nuts, bolts, rowel plug in over roof / wall etc complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for fixing of Copper strip 20mm x 3.15mm with saddles and fixing screws,porcelain insulator with copper/brass nuts and bolts over the roof, wall, & pillar complete all as specified and directed at site.

Dismantling the old one and labour for refixing/Repair of existing copper strip of any size in proper alignment after removing all bends & links including supplying and fixing of procelain insulator, copper/brass nuts, bolts, rowel plug & insulator etc included in this quoted rate over roof / wall etc all as specified.

Material and Labour for making test point for lightning arrestor by providing of four numbers procelain insulator fixed on wall through rowal plug, rectangular block of size 75mmx75mmx25mm made of phosphorus bronze or gun metal mounted over the insulator in horizontal shape, connecting the earth strip and down lightning conductor with the help of copper or brass nuts, washers over the phosphorus bronze block including material and labour for making enclosure for test point made of mild steel steet of 1.6mm thick of size 250mmx250mmx250mm in box shape, openable from front side with locking arrangement,handle etc mounted/grouted into wall covering to the test point including taking down old one all as specified and directed at site.

Taking out old unsv Air termination rod any type with connected items complete all as directed by Engr-in- Charge.

Material and labour for Air termination, single/multi pointed 12 mm dia, 300 mm long made of solid copper rod bolted including provising of 2 Nos brass nuts and bolts for bolting the rod with down lightning conductor of 20 mm X 3.15 mm copper strip through copper/brass nuts & bolts complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling and taking down of old unsv support of air termination rod any size /any make including fittings complete all as specified and as directed .

Material and labour for support of air termination rod made of galvanised iron pipe 40 mm bore, 2.5 mtr long medium grade pipe with hole of 10mm dia @ 50cm interval having base plate of mild steel 15cm X 15cm X 2mm thick duly welded with two number of fish strips at one end and four number of hole of size 10 mm dia including bolted into PCC supporting block all as specified and directed.
