Earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60cm x60cm x6mm thick buried directly in ground earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr deep below normal ground level ) with top edge of plate not less than 1.5m below ground level, connecting to the Galvanised iron earth lead 4mm dia, by means of nuts, bolts, check nuts and washer etc of galvanised iron and earth lead protected by provision of GI pipe light grade 15mm bore from earth elelctrode to DBs/main switch incl provn of concrete pit in PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20mm graded stone agagregates with 40mm thick cover of RCC (1:2:4) reinforced with XPM (weight not less than 4Kg/Sqm) and frame of angle iron 25 x 25x6mm with lugs 2 Nos and with 6mm dia MS bar handle made to shape, GI pipe light grade 20mm bore pipe for watering perforated at bottom 1.75 mtr long placed on top edge of earth plate, common salt and charcoal filling test point made out of Bronze/Gun metal with fixing arrangement, funnel, wire mesh and earth work in hard/dense soil, returning in and removal of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50mtr, all as per electrical plate No 5 of SSR Part-I and connection to earth test point all as specified incl testing on completion. Note :- Item of Earthing includes cost of 7.5m long galvanised iron earth lead 4mm size and protection pipe of 15mm bore GI light grade.

Supply & Lay on wall/in ground/on pole ISI marked XLPE insulated armoured, heavy duty, electric cable of size 2x10 sqmm with aluminium conductors 1100 volts laid in trenches, floors, ducts, pipes drawn across the road/paths/drain/along poles/walls/floor/equivalent etc including jointing & testing complete all as specified

S& Lay PCC cable covers for LT cable protection, Class LV, Type 1 of size 250x150x40mm

S& Lay GI tubing light grade in protection of cable at roads crossing/hard standing/pole protection fixed with clamps as per site requirement etc all as specified and directed 40 mm dia.

Supply and laying steel water tubing, medium grade galvanised of size 25 mm bore, ISI marked including all ISI marked fittings such as tees, bends, elbow, reducers, unions etc laid in trenches complete including cutting the existing pipe of any size as specified and directed

Supply and fix gun metal gate valve ISI marked cast copper alloy screwed down high pressure with crutch or butter handle screwed both ends for iron pipe or for union and fixed completely as specified suitable for pipe 25 mm bore

M & L for Cutting existing steel tubing for alterations or additions including necessary 'Tee' and all other accessaries as directed. (each cut measured)
