Excavation of foundation pits -- Semi Hilly / Water Lodged Terrain incluidng benching of uneven foundations (qty will be strictly paid as per approved sectional earth cutting drawings for individual foundations)

Earthwork in excavation in mixed soil which may predominantly consist of Disintegrated soil with hard /dense rock, Hard dense soil. (Rate shall be quoted as per site conditions) including disposal of extra soil within 25 meters of work site.

Supply and fabrication of reinforecment steel (approved brands only) with all incidental as well as transportation charges,Bending, fixing and binding of reinforcement steel.

Providing and laying of M10 mix Concrete in tower foundations including all charges for shutering, cost and carriage of all material viz gravel of approprite size, sand, cement, water etc complete in all respects.inclusive all material charges, manual and mechanical carriage upto site and other charges complete in all respects excluding reinforcement.

Providing and laying of M25 mix Concrete in tower foundations including all charges for shutering, cost and carriage of all material viz gravel of approprite size, sand, cement, water etc complete in all respects.inclusive all material charges, manual and mechanical carriage upto site and other charges complete in all respects excluding reinforcement.

Stub setting of tower foundation incluidng survey /Tower spotting/pit marking as per Tower schedule..

Mechanical carriage of ERS from Divisional Stores, Bemina to Kulgam & after completion of job return back to divisional store Bemina from Kulgam
