Providing sand stone slab 60 mm thick for roofing and laying them in cement mortar 1:4 (1cement: 4 c. sand) including pointing the joints etc. complete.

Provision for random rubble dry stone soling (boulders) for proper base of concrete etc. complete.

Providing and fixing Granite 18 mm thick gang saw cut, prepolished, machine cut for platforms, vanity counters, window sills, facias and similar locations of required size approved shade, colour and texture laid over 20 mm thick base cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand), joints treated with white cement mixed with matching pigment, epoxy touch ups, including rubbing, curing, moulding and polishing to edges to give high gloss finish etc. complete

Providing and fixing of G.I.Sheet gate (18gauge) with angle iron 35x35x5 mm shutter frame with all respect etc. complete.

Providing and fixing of wire mesh jalli frame steel work welded in built up sections/ framed work including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat etc. complete.

Providing and laying ceramic glazed tile flooring in washrooms laid on 20mm thick cement mortar 1:4(1 cement:4 C. Sand) including filling the joints with white cement.

Providing and laying of 25mm thick Kota Stone slab flooring over the bed of 20mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement:4 Coarse sand) including filling the joints mixed with colouring pigment to match the shade of the stone including rubbing & polishing etc. complete

Providing and applying white cement based wall putty of approved brand and manufacturer over the new plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete.

Provision for distempering with oil bound washable distemper two or more coat of approved brand and required shade inside the building including water thinnable priming coat with cement primer etc. complete
