Refixing of existing high rib roofing sheets by carefully removing and refixing the available high rib sheets in proper alignment, including fixing with new polymer-coated J or L hooks, 8 mm dia bolts and nuts, G.I./bitumen limpet washers, replacing damaged fasteners wherever required, providing proper side and end overlaps, sealing of joints, refixing ridges, hips, valleys and gutters wherever required, cutting to size and shape if necessary, complete to make the roof watertight, excluding the cost of purlins, rafters, trusses and the cost of high rib sheets.

Dismantling aluminum / Gypsum partitions, doors, windows, fixedglazing and false ceiling including disposal of unserviceable surplus material and stacking of serviceable material within 50 meters lead asdirected by Engineer-in-charge.

Providing & fixing Precoated galvalume profile sheets 0.50 mm TCT having a crest height of 28-32mm at 195mm pitch and Customized width and length to suit site requirement to the purlins using self drilling and self tapping fasteners of reputed make with purlin sheet using self drilling and self tapping fastners & Fixing flashings, valleys and ridges of colour coated galvalume plain sheet using self drilling and self tapping fasteners of reputed make complete and as directed. The contractor shall give a minimum of 10 years guarantee for sheets against deterioration, disintegrations loss of luster, variation in colour, etc. and leakages across laps, fasteners etc. All types of steel sheets shall be load tested to satisfy 1.10 times the design wind load and coating thickness to the satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge. Fasterners shall also be load tested. The Contractor is to submit design and shop drawings for approval on the sheet profile, design and fabrication details before installation (including cost of all material, leads, lifts and carriages etc upto site of work complete).

Providing wood work in frames of false ceiling, partitions etc. sawn and fixed in position : Budloo / Fir wood

Providing and fixing 12 mm thick flat 3 layer medium density particle board, in ceiling with necessary nails etc. complete (frame work to be paid separately) :

Cement concrete flooring 1:2:4 (1cement: 2 coarse sand: 4 graded stone aggregate) finished with a floating coat of neat cement including cement slurry and curing complete, but excluding the cost of nosing of steps etc. complete. 25mm thick with 12.5 mm nominal size stone aggregate.

Providing and fixing 8 mm thick HDF based AC4 grade laminated wooden flooring of approved make (Action Tesa/Greenlam/Merino or equivalent), having click-lock interlocking system, laid over 2 mm thick foam underlay on prepared floor surface, including skirting, reducers, end profiles, cutting, fitting, wastage, labour, carriage and all complete as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing powder coated aluminium work (minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron) consisting of tee/ angle sections, of approved make conforming to IS : 733 in frames of false ceiling including aluminium angle cleats with necessary C.P. brass/ stainless steel sunk screws, aluminium perimeter angles fixed to wall withstainless steel rawl plugs @ 450 mm centre to centre and fixing theframe work to G.I. level adjusting hangers 6 mm dia. with necessary cadmium plated machine screws all complete as per approved architectural drawings and direction of the Engineer-in-charge
