SOIL INVESTIGATION M&L for carrying out the lab test/field test for soil investigation work all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge as under & submitting the report in triplicate complete :- (a) Drilling boreholes down below existing GL. (b) Collection disturbed and undisturbed samples of soil/strata. (c) Conduction standard penetration tests as per relevant IS Code. (d) Recording water level. (e) Conducting liquid limit and plastic limit test for the samples encountered in the strata. (f) Carrying out Hydrometric tests, sieve analysis and index properties. (g) Conducting required tests on rock samples viz, compression tests, water absorption, porosity, specific gravity. (h) Report consisting of the bore log properties of the soil of each strata, suggesting for the depth of the foundation and bearing capacity of the soil & technical discussion as requires. NOTE: The quoted rate shall be inclusive of transportation charges, shifting charges or any other cost for complete soil investigation work.

Rolling and consolidating formation surfaces in cutting/filling including watering as required filling in hollows and depression which occurs during the process of rolling by power roller exc 8 tonne & n exc 12 tonne complete all as specefied and as directed

M&L for 150mm thick (spread thickness) soling in two layers with broken boulders or quaried stones, interstices filled, surface formed and rolled and consolidated to gradient and camber required complete all as specefied and as directed

M&L for laying and compacting 150mm thick (compacted thickness laid in two layers of 75mm each) Wet Mix Macadam (WMM) grading as pr table 400-13 of MoRTH specifications for Road and Bridge works 2013 manufactured in WMM plant, material comprising of clean, crushed, graded aggregate and granular material premixed with water to a dense mass, spreading with sensor paver and rolling with vibratory roller of capacity 80-100KN static weight and consolidating to required gradient and camber complete all as specified and directed. The finished surface tolerances to be as per table 900-1 of MoRTH specifications for road and bridge work 2013 complete all as specefied and as directed

M&L for preparing surface of un-surfaced WMM surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc. sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc. and applying evenly a priming/tack coat with bituminous primer (paving bitumen) @ 10kg/10Sqm complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for premix bituminous macadam laid /rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber (consolidated thickness not exc 75mm thick) binder content of 4% by weight of total mix using paving bitumen using VG 30 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for bituminous premixed asphaltic semi dense concrete 40mm consolidated thickness using paving bitumen VG-30, 5.5% binder content by weight of total mix, spread by means of self propelled mechanical spreader/paver, rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient by using Tendem vibratory steel wheel, Static steel wheel rollers min capacity 12 tonne including applying evenly a priming/tack coat with bituminous primer using paving bitumen VG-10 at the rate of 5.00 Kg per 10 Sqm on bituminous macadam surfaces including preparation of surfacescomplete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cleaning old dirt, oil/grease spots and foreign materials etc from road surface and applying 2.0mm thick thermo plastic (retro reflective) road marking paint for marking white traffic lines, straight or curved having clear and sharp edgs over road surfaces by using thermo plastic paint applicator machine and necessary T&P including cleaning of roads surfaces, heating the paints within temperature limits specified by the manufacturer marking proper arrangement for traffic during operation etc. complete all as specified and directed. Make : Asian/Nerolac /Berger Paints. Note Thermo plastic paint material shall consist homogeniously composed of pigment resins and glass reflecto rizing beads in required proportion as perr MORTH specification and conforming to relavent IS.

Supply and fixing cat eye reflective type of metal body alloy of size 100mm x 100mm x 20mm with PAMA striplens reflector of model No. DA 972.0 fixed with and incl MS stud of suitable size as per manufactures instructions.

Providing and laying at or near ground level kerb stone of M-25 grade cement concrete in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand), including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints except at sharp curve shall not to more than 5 mm), including making drainage opening wherever required complete.

M&L for preparation on newly plastered / concrete surfaces of wall and applying two coats of Synthetic enamel paint over one coat of alkali-resistant priming paint complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for broken stones or boulders hardcore of gauge n exc. 63mm deposited, spread and levelled in layers n exc 15cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface all as specified and directed

M&L for 100mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B-2 (using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in floor/ sub base complete all as specified and directed.

Providing and laying 80mm thick factory made chamfered edge cement concrete PU coating and glossy finished paver block of M-30 grade with approved colour, design & pattern as in footpath, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc., of required strength, thickness & size/ shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand, compacting and proper embedding/ laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with fine sand and cutting of paver block as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand; complete.

M&L for precast reinforced cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in landing, cover slab etc including necessary form work, set in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Reinforcement shall be measured and paid separately.

S&F of TMT bars 10 mm dia and over, cut to length , bent to shape required , including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia or securing with clips, complete all as specified and directed.

COMPOUND WALL AND GATE FENCING Excavation in trenches not exc 1.5 mtr wide & not exc 1.5 mtr in depth for foundation etc and getting out in Soft/disintegrated rock complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brick work with sub class B bricks, using old size bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6 m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 15 mm thick rendering on fair faces of brick work or concrete surface in cement mortar 1:4 on external wall finished even and smooth (without using extar cement) complete all as specefied and directed

S&F mild steel angle for fencing posts, joist including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching wires, etc including all neccesary welding etc all as specified and directed

S&F Galvanised. 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24 mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc. complete all as specified and as directed (Note : each line wire to be measured)

M&L for preparing newly plastered surface of any description and applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of primer (alkali resistant primer) complite all as directed and specified.

M&L for preparation of new steel surfaces of any description over 10 cm width or girth not otherwise described and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specefied and directed.

Use & Waste of formwork to sides of concrete foundations, footings, bases of columns, raft and raft beams, sides and soffits (if any) of foundation and plinth beams; and similar work; vertical or to batter rough finished surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

Use & Waste of formwork to sides and soffits of top beams, beam haunchings, girders, bressummers, lintels, cantilevers, shelves including supports, overhangs, etc of rough finished surfaces of concrete all as specefied and directed

S & F Galvanised Steel punched tape concertina coil (PTCC) razor blade having minimum weight of 8.5 kgs (+) or (-) 5% per coil streched to a length of 5 to 6 mts (50 turns) to achieve 600 mm dia wire thickness 2.50mm as in fencing to steel post and to another coil/MS nibs etc including fixing with special galvanised fastners such as clips, Clips, U clips complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Linear length of coil after stretching and fixing shall be measured for purpose of payment.

S&F of mild steel framed work as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces etc complete, drill for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering etc to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fitting and also fastening and fixing complete all as specified and directed. M&L for 20mm dia drilling upto 200mm deep hole in the rock suface and cleaning the bore hole blowing dust out of it using compressed air and injecting hilti RE-10 injection mortar in the drill hole with special gun and inserting 16mm dia TMT bar of length 400mm each in the hole filled with Hilti RE-10 and the TMT bar( min 200 mm) welded with any kind with steel surface all as specefied and direced by Engr in Charge.

Material & labour for sand cushioning using clean fine River sand for underground cable 8 cm before laying cable and 15 cm after laying and punned to 18 cm after laying of cable complete all as specified and directed. ( Note:- Punned thickness of 18mm shall be considered for payment purpose)

DG SET Supply, installing, commissioning and testing complete of Manufacturer or OEM (Original Eqpt Manufacturer) manufactured and tested silent Diesel Engine driven generating set capable of delivering 10 KVA (8 KW), or nearest higher rating, 415 volts (AC 3 Phase, 4 wire system of supply), 50 Hz to operate at a power factor atleast of 0.8. The DG set shall consist of a diesel engine coupled through flexible coupling to a matching alternator and mounted on AVM pads (As per respective Manufacturer's Design) on a common base frame all as specified complete with control panel standardised by manufacturer, fuel tank with mounting arrangement and inlet, outlet, return oil arrangement, flexible exhaust pipe complete and shall comprise of the following: -

(a) ENGINE (PRIME MOVER): Diesel engine 1500 RPM of suitable HP approximate 15 HP as recommended by manufacturer but not less than 13 BHP (at NTP) water cooled, Turbocharged aircooled, 1 x90 AH 12 volts electric battery start, confirming to BS 5514,BS 649 and IS 10000 complete with fly wheel and all standard fittings/ fixtures as per manufacturing practice including suitable engine control panel with tachometer, lub oil temp & pressure gauges, water temp gauge, and frequency meter (digital type) (including safety shutdown contents) and also including self starter, dynamo, fuel tank etc. (b) ALTERNATOR : AC alternator, self excited, self regulated, self ventilated, brushless design, conforming to BS 2613 / 5000, 3 phase , 415 volts, 4 wire rated line current approx 14 amps in three phase for output PF 0.8, 1500 RPM, insulation class ‘H’ Temprature Reise H @ 125 Deg C; Enclosure IP 23 confirming to IS-4722 / BS-2613 complete with AVR with + 1 % voltage regulation, directly coupled to and match the above engine. (c) Anti-vibration pads for mounting engine – Alternator assembly on the base frame/ plate. (d) BASE FRAME: One no. MS Fabricated adequately machine Channel Common Base Frame with lifting facility,pre-drilled foundation holes suitable for permanent installation on concrete foundation for direct grouting or on anti-vibration mountings which will be suitable to receive the offered engine and alternator duly coupled through a flexible coupling. A suitable coupling guard shall also be provided (e) Silencer: Critical Grade and exhaust gas piping system of suitable dia MS pipe of 'B' class of required legth as per CPCB norms with necessary bends, supports and clamps anti vibration mounting inulated with rockwool 50 mm thick with wire mesh and aluminium clading complete all as specified (f) Fuel tank of 30 Litres/specified by the manufacturer, made of 14 SWG CRCA MS sheet, duly powder coated and provided with float, gauge and fuel float switch. (g) Emission limit & smoke limit for DG set shall be as per CPCB norms applicable at the time of execution.
