Demolition of brick work above G.L. upto floor two level including stacking of serviceable materials and disposal of un-serviceablematerials within all leads. In cement mortar

Dismantling steel works upto span of 10 metres and height between ridge and floor level upto 5 metres in single sections including dismantling and stacking the materials within 20 meters lead in channels, angles, tees and flats etc.

Dismantling barbed wire, flexible wire or chainlink fencing including making rolls and stacking within 20 metres lead (Frame work to we measured and paid for separately)

Demolition of stone masonary above G.L. upto floor two level including stacking of serviceable materials and disposal of unserviceable materials within 20 metres lead rubble masonary in cement mortar.

Removal of Existing gravel of the yard area and stacking the same in aproprate position within the yard area so that it may not hamper the routine working in yard.

Cutting in earth work and disposal of excavated soil up to all leads as per site condition and direction from Engineer-in-charge in all kinds of soil. (50% Pick Work + 50% Jumper Work.)

Excavation in foundation, trench etc. In earth work, lift up to 1.5 meters. work, in all kinds of soil, Stacking and excavation soil more not than 3 meters clear from the edges of the excavation and then returning the stacked soil in 15 CM. Layers, when required in to plinths sides of foundations etc. consolidating each deposited of all surplus excavated earth at approval dumping site within all leads and lifts as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. in all kinds of soil .

Providing and laying precast RCC slab cover 65 mm thick 1:2:4 (1 cement: 2 sand: 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) for outdoor cable trenches with outerframe of M.S. Angle 50x50x5 mm welded with reinforced steel bar as per design i/c making grooves for lifting arrangement complete with placing the cover on cable trench in proper position in all respect as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge i/c removal of old/damaged cable trench covers within a lead of 20 mtrs. beyond yard area.

15 mm cement plaster in single coat on fair side/ rough side of brick/concrete/stone walls for interior plastering up to floor to level including arrises, internal rounded angles chamfers and/or rounded angles not exceeding 80mm in girth and finished even and smooth including all leads and lifts of materials. Cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement: 6 sand)

Finishing wall with water proofing cement paint of approved brand and of required shade on undecorated wall surfaces (two coats) to give an even shade after thoroughly brushing the surface to remove all dirt and remains of loose powdered materials.

Cutting/Excavation in earthwork and filling in 15 cm layers in foundation and plinths including ramming watering and consolidating upto a lead of 20 meters and lifts upto 1.5 metres.

Providing and fixing M.S. Round holding down and anchor bolts with nuts and washer plate complete.

Providing dry stone Kharanja drain 45 cm wide including 25 cm side stone laid in cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 sand) complete as per HPPWD Specifications

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:4:8 ( 1 cement: 4 sand :8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of form work in foundation and plinth

Providing and laying filter media with granular crushed aggregate in pocket of size 300mm x 300mm x 300mm @2.00 mt. Staggered spacing (or as per site availability) in sub-base compacted to firm condition complete as per drawing and as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge to allow the passage of rain water into sub-soil.

Laying of shingle/ aggregate (Gravel) removed above in item No. 5 in the yard area in three layers 50 mm thickness each.

Providing and laying shingle/ aggregate (Gravel) 40 mm and down gauge in yard area in three layers 50 mm thickness each.
