Vrf type AC Plant : Visit of OEM for any breakdown occurred or any routine maintenance required for VRF system including setting of modes/ setting of errors or any minor/ major problems.

S&F in replacement of DC FAN -2051937 motor for outdoor unit of Vrf type AC system all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement of indoor main control board PCB for indoor unit of Vrf type AC system all as specified and directed.

M&L for servicing of package type AC plant 17 ton capacity by cleaning all the coarse type filter, tightening of loose contacts of wires, connectors, relays, compressor terminal and checking for smooth functioning. The servicing include leakage detection by nitrogen pressure test in refrigerant system, cutting brazing and making leak-proof the gas system, cleaning, vacuum the gas system and charging suitable gas of any type as required quantity to achieve desired cooling and changing of wiring with proper size PVC insulated wires, relays and MCBs as required for smooth functioning of AC plant including painting of all exposed parts with synthetic enamel paint of one paint including testing of the AC plant all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge . Notes: 1. The Job shall be completed within one month after date of commencement of work due to urgency in nature failing which a Penalty of Rs 1000.00 per day after one month of period will be lavied on contractor, if the Job not completed. 2. Additional gas required will measured & paid separately under relevant item as supply and charging.

M & L for servicing of RO plant of 25 Litre/ Hour capacity including replacement of filters, PVC pipes and other accessories all as specified and direced.

S&F in replacement modular switch 6 Amp 1 way 1 module size complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F in replacement modular switch 16 Amp 1 way with indicator 1 module size complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for point wiring with stranded copper conductor 1.5 sqmm nominal area single core multistranded FRLSH PVC insulated and unsheathed cable 1100 volts grade ISI marked drawn in and including heavy duty PVC concealed conduit 20mm dia with fitting ISI marked terminated in junction box incl 1.5 sqmm and connected to earth dolly including fixing of 1.2 mm thick MS sunk terminal box suitable flushed to wall with 3mm thick plastic laminated sheet cover fixed with brass screws and cup washer or suitable size including making good the distrubed surfaces complete all as spedified and directed. Note :- Contractor shall note that the cutting chases for laying of conduit and sunken boxes 3mm thick plastic laminated sheet, brass screw washer and making good to walls, floor etc shall be deemed to be included in the rate quoted by the contractor and nothing extra shall be admissible on this account.

A Schedule of Credit for old/unserviceable demolished/ dismantled items has been catered for in the tender to the tune of Rs. 1,02,083/-. The Schedule of Credit is pre-priced by MES. The final amount of the tender shall be arrived at after deducting the total amount of Schedule of Credit from the total amount of BoQ as per General Summary sheet catered for after Schedule of Credit.
