M & L for preparation of new plastered surfaces of wall etc and applying two coats of 100% anti fungal acrylic exterior emulsion paint over one coat of primer all as per manufacturer's instructions including necessary scaffoldings etc, complete all as specified and directed. Note: The percentage of colours in Camouflaging pattern shall be as under :- Olive Green - 50%, Dark Brown - 25%, Dark Stone/Leaf Brown - 25%

Material and labour for preparation of old treated surfaces of any description and at any position and applying one coat acrylic exterior antifungal paint in camouflage pattern complete all as specified and as directed Note: The percentage of colours in Camouflaging pattern shall be as under :- Olive Green - 50%, Dark Brown - 25%, Dark Stone/Leaf Brown - 25%

Material and labour complete removal of old external treated surfaces of any description and at any position and applying two coats of 100% anti fungal acrylic exterior emulsion paint over one coat of primer all as per manufacturer's instructions including necessary scaffoldings etc, complete all as specified and directed. Note: The percentage of colours in Camouflaging pattern shall be as under :- Olive Green - 50%, Dark Brown - 25%, Dark Stone/Leaf Brown - 25%

Taking down existing APP water proofing traetment including cement/Lime plaster on roof including all necessary scaffolding /staging for working at any heights upto and including 24m as required and disposing off the rubbish to a distance exceeding 500m and not exceeding 1.0km complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for PCC (1:2:4) type B-0, using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate as in levelling course over RCC roof surface to achieve required slope, benching etc including making rounded or chamfered on edges mixed with WPC as per manufacturer's instructions, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 10 mm thick plaster in cement and sand mortar (1:3) finished even and smooth without using extra cement mixed with WPC over roof/ terrace surfaces, complete all as specified and directed. Note: WPC shall be measured and paid separately as "supply only".

Supply only integral water proofing compound powder.

M & L for APP modified roof treatment over roof slab etc to be executed through approved authorised applicator of the membrane manufacturer with the following specifications, complete all as specified and directed:- (a) Applying oil bound bitumen primer @ 0.40 litre/ Sqm manufactured by the same manufacturer as that of APP with a density 0.87-0.89 Kg per litre at 25 degree centigrade on the prepared dry surface. (b) Laying APP modified water proofing membrane reinforced with non woven polyester fibre weight not less than 160 gm/ Sq mtr using butane torch by torch application with 10cm side lap and 15cm end lap. (c) Physical properties of membrane shall be as under:- (i) Membrane weight not less than 3.50 Kg/Sqm. (ii) Non woven polyester weight not less than 160gm /sqm. (iii) Softening point of membrane not less than 150 degree Celsius. (iv) Joint tensile strength-longitudinal not less than 650N/Sqcm and transverse not less than 450 N/Sqcm (v) Tear strength-longitudinal not less than 300 N & transverse not less than 250 N. (vi) Elongation : > 20% in both directions. (vii) Impermeability/water tightness at 2 Kgf/cm2. (viii) Water absorption - Not more than 1% on mass within 24 hours. (ix) Cold flexibility - Minimum (-) 20 degree celcius. (x) Dimentional stability % change = Maximum 1%. (d) Over the membrane provided a finishing with solar reflective bitumen aluminium paint @ 0.10 Kg/ Sqm as prescribed by manufacturer.

Disconnecting existing water storage tanks of capacity 500 to 1000 Ltrs, setting aside (or lowering if required) for repairs to roof below, and replacing (or hoisting if required), re-fixing in position and re-connecting on completion of roof work including cleaning and removal all scales and dirts etc from mouth of pipes etc complete all as specified and directed.

M & L Rendering 15 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces using CM 1:6, finished the surface even and smooth without using extra cement including taking down of old cement plaster all as specified and as directed.

M & L Rendering 20 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces using CM 1:4, finished the surface even and smooth without using extra cement including taking down of old cement plaster all as specified and as directed. Note: WPC shall be measured and paid separately

M&L for applying two coats of oil bound distemper using Airless spray technology with max working pressure of 3300 PSI and capable of operating single spray gun with a max material hose length of 30 mtr the spray machine should be of reputed manufacturer with pro guard technology and capability of tracking pressure and paint usage and certified by paint manufacturer and as mentioned in PS and accessories for applying distemper should be able to spray in hard to reach areas and penetration of distemper on the surface complete all as specified and directed. Note : - Sanding of surface to be done by mechanical sander with 1500 - 2700 rpm, with internal dust extraction system for clean environment certified by paint manufacturer.

M&L for two coat water based premium acrylic smooth exterior emulsion of approved colour with silicon additive & Color stay Technology ,Excellent Dirt Pick up resistance with low VOC less than 50 gram/ litre as per the LEEDS specifications, Anti Algal properties in two coats @ 1.79 ltr (undiluted)/ 10 sqm diluted with water as per manufacturer instructions applied over priming coat with fully automatic airless spray machine of paint application with a flow speed of min 1 ltr per minute having a pressure of 3300 PSI.Allow 6-8 hrs to dry the surface in both the coats of paint complete all as directed. Note for Item No 1 to 10 above (a.) The work pertaining to periodical services & Water Proofing shall be executed from authorized applicator through manufacturer of which the materials .i.e. Paint, Distemper, Cement base paint, Putty etc. is proposed to be used by the contractor and approved by Garrison Engineer. (b.) The contractor shall upload along with the documents under cover-I, ‘Memorandum of Understanding’ (MOU) with only one manufacturer mentioned in the contract, failing which the bid shall be liable to be rejected.

M& L for 3mm thick wall care putty on wall/ceiling (brand Apex Ultima manufactured by Asian or Brand weather coat Maxx manufactured by Berger or equivalent as approved by GE) building ht upto 24mtr including necessary scaffolding and complete all as per manufacturers instructions

M&L for leakage/seapage proof coating consisting of preparing the surfaces of Newly plastered or existing exterior walls, parapet walls chajjas etc, with wire brush to remove all loose dirt, oil grease etc, and filling cracks above 5mm thickness with Dr Fixit Pidicrete URP or with plaster seal of STP Ltd and cracks less than 5mm with Dr Fixit Crack X powder or with plaster seal of STP Ltd and applying one coat Dr Fixit primeseal primer or STP Ltd (and allow to dry for 8 hrs) under torch dry condition and subsequently two coats of water proof decorative elastomeric coating system; of Dr Fixit Raincoat with DFT 100 microns or shalicry 215 of STP(The surface after painting one coat shall be allowed to dry at 6 hours befor next coat) etc, complete all as per manufacturer instruction and all as specified and directed.

Removing plant/growth including its roots upto 1.00m of plant height at any location/at any storey and of any description and treating the surfaces with Acid (HCL) and making good surfaces with cement mortar 1:4, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for waterproof cement based putty @ 1 Kg(undiluted) per sq mtr. of average thickness 1 mm over the plastered/old painted wall after scrapping to prepare the surface even and smooth complete and sanding of the putty surface with mechanical wall sander (having mechanical vacuum mechanism) having RPM not less than 1500, sanding pad of 240 Grit or above to make the surface free from dust etc. by skilled labour as per following steps:- Step 1) Mix the putty powder by adding water as per manufacturer instructions and mix it with putty mixer with the mixing capacity of min 2.5 kg putty per minute. Step 2) Apply the first coat the prepared mixer with the help of fully automatic airless spray machine of putty application having flow speed of max 6 ltrs per minutes with a maximum pressure 3300 PSI Step 3) Allow 6-8 hrs time to dry the putty surface.

M&L for preparation of old existing surfaces & filling of cracks in existing old surfaces of wall, chajjas, beams, parapets etc after cutting the same to V shape approximate 10mm wide and up to full depth of cracks with and including Chemistic crack seal caulking compound (Acrylic sealant) of M/s. Chemistik or equivalent of Dr. Fixit or of M/S STP Ltd as approved by the GE, also including necessary scaffoldings etc, complete all as specified and directed.

Writing letters or figures (Block.Roman, Italic or Indian) n exc. 30 cm high complete all as specified and directed. Note : A sum of Rs 29,072.00 towards sch of credit shall be deducted to arrive the contract sum.
