Material and labour for applying Nitoproof 600 PF or equivalent product in approved make, minimum 0.8 mm dft over a priming coat of equivalent product on horizontal and vertical surfaces all as manufactures instruction as in sunken slab surfaces complete all as specified and as directed. (NOTE:- Fill it with water and check for dampness and seepage. In case the slightest indication of seepage/leakage is noticed, the same shall be rectified by injection grouting to seal all cracks or application of polymer modified mortar FOSRO Nitrobond SBR of equivalent product in approved make admixed the integral WPC or cementitious crystaline waterproofing compound in the affected area to seal all cracks and micro cracks if any and additional coat of Nitoproof 600 PF.This shall be done by contractor at his own cost and with authorised applicator as approved by GE.)

Dismantling of Stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons including granite slab in kitchen platform Laid, bedded and pointed in any mortar etc all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for 18 to 20mm thick Granite (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, window-calls, cooking platforms and 20mm thick cement screed base laid in mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of Stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons including granite slab in kitchen platform Laid, bedded and pointed in any mortar etc all as specified and as directed.

Rounding to edges of stone slabs one edge, such as in steps, cooking platform, and other similar situations complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling of floor hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (including backing) removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for double charged Vitrified Ceramic Colour tiles 9 to 10 mm thick light shade(Square / Rectangular) polished , area of each tiles not exceeding 0.36 Sqm in floors etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colour cement to match the shade of tiles over and including cement screed or bedding layer of cement mortar 15mm thick in 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed

Material and labour for non skid joint free coloured ceramic tiles 7mm thick of size 400mmx400mm in floor set and jointed in cement slurry and pointed with coloured cement to match with coloured tiles over and including cement screed or bedding layer of cement mortar 15mm thick in 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per serial item No.26 above but 10mm thick as in skirting over cement mortar backing plaster in CM (1:3) complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for non skid joint free coloured ceramic tiles 7mm thick of size 300mX300mm in floor set and jointed in cement slurry and pointed with coloured cement to match with coloured tiles over and including cement screed or bedding layer of cement mortar 15mm thick in (1:4) complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for glazed ceramic coloured tiles with border tile pattern in vertical surfaces 350x250 x 7 mm / 450x300x7 mm thick , set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match coloured tiles over and above 10mm thick cement plaster in (1:3) as backing coat complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for PCC 75mm thick (1:4:8) type D2 using 40mm graded aggregate as in sub base complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for 40mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in padding concrete finishing even and smooth with out using extra cement in roof including cement slurry @ 3Kg/Sqm complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for rendering 10mm thick in CM (1:4) finished even and smooth using extra cement with liquid water proofing compound slab treatment as in sunken roof plaster complete all as specified and as directed. (Note: Water proofing compound shall be measured and paid separately)
