Eligibility : OEM or authorized dealers of OEM to quote only. Bidders other than OEM should attach a Tender specific authorization certificate from OEM along with their offer.The performance of the same or similar item for at least 20% of tender quantity in preceding three years against single order will be uploaded with an offer. In support of performance the copy of CRN/CRC or TPI inspection certificate of offered same or similar item to be uploaded otherwise their offer will be summarily rejected.
