REPAIR/REPLACEMENT/CLEANING OF SEWAGE LINE MANHOLES,

M&L for cleaning of SGSW /RCC/PVC sewage line of 250mm dia by rodding/auger rods & drain pipe machine as required for one manhole to another manhole including including gully traps and getting out the sludge from any size of manholes and gully traps, before & after cleaning process of SGSW /RCC/PVC sewage line and well flushing using clean water through water bowser of pipe of any capacity (arranged by the contractor) and removing the sludge etc to a distance n.exc 250m and burying the same underground by digging pit of suitable size from habitant area and returning filling with excavated materials up to ground level including removal of surplus soil to a distance n.exc 250m with and including taking off manholes/gully trap covers and re-fixing the same after cleaning process complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for dewatering of contaminated waste effluent from septic tank soakage well of any capacity by sewer jetting cum suction machine vehicle/ honey sucker machine vehicle from any location with and including taking off & re-fixing manholes covers etc. complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for Cleaning of septic tank of any capacity and depth incl inlet chamber, outlet chamber after mixing of contaminated waste effluent and sludge etc of septic tank by mixing machine to change the state of solid/semi solid sludge to liquid state by using extra water provided by the contractor if required and getting out through sewer jetting cum suction machine vehicle from any location and disposal to suitable place i.e. authorised civil location with and including taking off & re-fixing manholes covers etc. complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for cleaning/taking off of sludge (solid/semi solid) of any state from manhole of any size including gully trap having depth upto having depth upto 3.00m by using machinery or manually as required and removing the same to a distance n.exc 250m and burying the same underground by digging pit of suatible size in low laying area from habbatient area and returning filling with excavated materials up to ground level including removal of surplus soil to a distance n.exc 250m with and including taking off manholes/gully trap covers and re-fixing the same after cleaning process complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for opening/cleaning of blocked WC of any type, traps and CI/PVC drain pipe including fitting (i.e. access door bends/tee etc.) of any size at any floor & position with and including taking down of CI/CP/PVC grating and refixing the same at position with appropriate materials/fitting i.e. white cement, solvent, nuts & bolts etc. and well flushing, pressure pumping, taking out all residue materials etc.and removing the same to a distance n.exc 250m and burying the same underground by digging pit of suitable size from habitant area and covering same with the earth level including removal of surplus soil to a distance 250m complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note for item no. 1 to 5:- (i) The contractor/site superivisor will attend the complaint cell of AGE B/R-I to receive the complaint slips daily at 09:00 hrs to carry out the complaints within 48 hrs from reciept of complaint slip and completion report will be submitted to concerned JE/AGE.

Excavation in trenches, not exceeding 1.5m wide and not exceeding 1.5m in depth for foundation, etc or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc n.exc 10 Sqm on plan and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Returning filling in layers including leveling watering and well ramming in layers not exc. 25cm thick complete all as specified and directed.

Removing surplus spoil to a distance exc. 250m but not exc. 500m and depositing where directed at a level n. exc. 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for asbestos cement pipes 100mm bore laid in trenches and jointed on concrete bed including packing of collars of pipe in cement mortar 1:3 with and including demolition and breaking up drain pipes, 100 mm dia drain pipe of any type set in cement mortar complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

All as per item no. 9 above but dia 150mm bore.

M&L for concrete bed to drain pipes 100mm bore laid bed including packing under and haunching against the sides of pipes after they are laid and tested in cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-2 complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

All as per item no. 11 above but dia 150mm bore.

Cutting into existing manhole removing existing drain making good to wall and rendering cutting out branch channel and making good benching for 100mm dia pipe in cement concrete 1:2:4 complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

All as per item no. 13above but dia 150mm bore.

M&L brick work with sub class 'B' bricks straight or curved in plan exc 6 mtr mean radius built in CM (1:6) using old size bricks with and including demolition of brickwork built in cement mortar complete all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

M&L rendering 15 mm thick in CM 1:4 with and including mixing of liquid WPC of approved make @ 200ml per bag of cement on brick/concrete/stone wall surfaces of any description, and finishing the surfaces even and fair complete complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for precast RCC 1:2:4 Type-B1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in manhole cover slab and similar article with plain faces, set in cement 1:4 complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F TMT Mild Steel bars 8mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Demolition of cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specially provided complete all as specified and directed.

Material & labour for PCC (1:4:8) type D-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation filling, mass concrete etc complete all as specified and directed.

Material & labour for cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate) as in coping including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair 110 mm bore PVC (SWR) pipes single socketed, in any length with rubber ring joints, fixed to walls/floors with necessary MS clamps including taking down old pipes complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.
