Supplying and fixing machine cut dressed 100 mm thick Red sand stone dasa/ coping wth ornamental shape having moulding and "PAN Shape" engraving on both faces as per required pattern with engraving depth of 5 mm (average) in single piece of length 90 cm to be laid on cement mortar 1:4 (12 to 20mm thick) including pointing with admixture of pigment matching with the stone shade.

Chemical treatment of sand stone to clean from yellowness, blackness, algal growth, dust, dirt oily accretions, lime & gypsum deposits, filling of cracks/ joining of gaps/ pointing, strengthening of weak stone, removal of salt effect and application of preservative coating to prevent algal growth and make the stone water proof.

Exposed Stone Masonry Dry type with using different sizes rectenguler stones of approved querry in cement morter 1 :4 as per approved sample & as directed by Architect & Engineer incharge ( sample of specilized masonry to be got approvel before start of actual work ) complete in all respect.

Rough Chisel dressed Mandana Sand stone 100 mm thick flooring of approved shade set over 20mm thick base of cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand) and pointing with cement sand mortar 1:3 with pigment to match the shade of stone with joint thickness up to 15 mm complete in all respects :

Providing and fixing 40 mm thick gangsaw cut Red sand stone flooring over 20 mm (average) thick base of cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) jointed grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of stone complete as per design drawing and instruction of EI.

Providing and fixing Beige Stone Gangsaw cut stone slab flooring 30 mm thick over 20 mm (average) thick base laid over and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab, with base of cement mortar 1 : 4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) complete as per approved sample and as directed by Engineer incharge.

Providing and fixing in geometrical shape as per approved drawing and design (like kesar kyari ) Beige Stone Gangsaw cut stone slab flooring 30 mm thick over 20 mm (average) thick base laid over and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab, with base of cement mortar 1 : 4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) complete as per approved sample and as directed by Engineer incharge.

Extra for providing edge moulding to stone including finishing etc. complete as per design approved by Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing 20 mm thick Telephone Black (South) Polished granite stone in walls, pillars, steps, Shelves, Sills Counters, Floors etc. laid on 12mm (Av.) thick base of cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand) jointing with white cement mortar 1:2 (1white cement : 2 marble dust) with pigment to match the shade of the marble slab including grinding, rubbing and polishing complete
