Supply and fix in repairs, Vitreous china, white colour, 'Orissa pattern' squatting pan of size 580 mm x 440 mm with UPVC 'P' trap or 'S" Trap, front or back inlet, integral foot rests, connecting to trap, flushing pipe, anti symphonic pipe complete all as per Make : Cera, Cat No S3010102 of CALINA make or techno commercially equivalent in other makes specified here-in-after.

Supply and fix in repairs, PVC valveless, syphonic action type, flushing cistern, Duo Flush cistern 10 ltr capacity, low level, white, with inlet, ball valve, float and handle including brackets, connections to pipes and fixing of chain and pull, or lever, complete all as specified and directed. (Cat No-502 of Prayag or equivalent in any approved make as in CA)

Supply and fix in repairs vitreous China urinals, bowl type, white, (back or corner wall type), complete including providing and fixing plugs, bedding urinal against wall in cement mortar 1:2, securing urinal to plugs with and including 60mm long brass screws, pointing around urinal back in cement; with brackets, flush pipe, grating and Union for discharge pipe as per CAt Part No S4020103 of Cera or techno commercial equivalent in other makes specified here-in-after, complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down unserviceable steel / PVC pipes, supply and fixing new CPVC pipes, outer dia 20 mm, SDR 11 Plain with all fittings, such as Tee, elbows, sockets, unions, short pieces and application of bituminous paint in concealed portion, fixed to wall/ ceiling or laid on floors, complete all as specified and as directed.
