Excavation in trenches not exc. 1.5 m wide and not exc 1.5 mtr deep in soft/loose soil for laying / taking up/ taking down of cables and getting out and levelling of bottom suface to required level all as specified and directed by Engineer- in- Charge.

Returning filling in,. Including spreading, levelling,. Watering and well ramming soil in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material (ie soil) from site to a distance n. exc 50 mtrs away and depositing where directed at a level n. exc. 1.5 mtr above the starting point all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for sand cushioning in trenches spreading and consolidation 8 cm thick before laying the cable and 15 cm of the sand after laying the cable but will be measured 18 cm after punning etc complete as specified and directed. Note- Punned thicknes shall be measured.

Supplying and laying un-reinforced precast concrete cable cover, class HVP, type 1 with peak, size 300mm x 180mm x 40mm laid dry in trenches for the protection of underground cable complete all as specified and directed

Boring of hole under road/pavement/hard standing or any other situation by manual means and suitable for passing of GI pipe 100 mm bore and making good both ends all specified and directed

S&F in replacement GI Pipe (light grade) with necessary accessories/ fittings for cable protections for crossing of culverts/nallah /road etc of size 100 mm bore

Supplying, laying, jointing, testing and commissioning in replacement HT under ground electric power cable Crossed linked polyethylene (XLPE) insulated, screened PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured electric power cable (heavy duty) with aluminium conductor, 11000 Volts earthed cross sectional area 185 Sqmm , 3 core ISI marked as per IS 7098 Part-2, laid in trenches/ laid under floor/ laid in ducts or fixed on poles/wall etc. complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 8 here-in before but cross sectional area 120 Sqmm , 3 core

S&F Cable jointing kit for 11 KV (earthed ) grade cable for straight through heat shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 Core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 120 to 185 sqmm, 3 core incl cutting the userviceable portion and jointing cable in RYB phase sequence and testing complete as specified and directed

S&F Cable jointing kit for 11 KV (earthed ) grade cable for indoor termination heat shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 Core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable ofsize of 120 Sqmm to 185 Sqmm incl cutting the userviceable portion and jointing cable in RYB phase sequence and testing complete as specified and directed

M&L horizontal boring by tenchless technology using ultra sound technique and necessary machine and inserting HDPE casing pipe with fittings of 110mm dia having working pressure 0.6 Mpa along road and under pavements/hardstanding crossing in all types of soil at prescribed depth ( in no case depth of boring less than 1.7 M from the road surface) up to 200 meters of drilling longitudinal or 3 to 4 roads crossing should be possible , for passing of HT Cable including all civil works & reinstatement as per BMP standards complete all as specified and directed. Note:- (i) Cost of jointing of HDPE pipe with jointing material and T&P, if required at site shall deemed to be included in quoted rate. (ii) Contractor shall take written clearance of Gas pipe line , OFC, HT Cable, Water pipe line and any other utilities from concerned department before trenchless work, if any damages to existing services such as road, path & Hard stading etc occured during work the same to be replaced/repair by the contractor and the cost of the same shall deemed to be included in the quoted rates.

S&F cable route markers made out of PCC block (1:3:6) type C-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate size (bottom 400mmx 100 mm thick)+Top-300x100mm thick+height-1200mm(60 cm burried in ground ` DANGER/11 KV UG cable MES' embossed on route marker including excavation and earth work and painting the yellow colour above the ground and write the black colour complete all as specified and directed
