Finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint (Apex) of required shade : New work (Two or more coat applied @ 1.67 ltr/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20 kg/10 sqm) Ch-15, S.I. 21 (Including cost of all Material, labour, T&P, Labour Cess and All other Taxes but Excluding G.S.T.), As per Direction by E/I.

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade : Two or more coats on new work over an under coat of suitable shade with wooden Primer of approved brand and manufacture including cost of all material, Labour, T&P etc. complete required for proper completion of the work. Providing and fixing sheet covering over expansion joints with iron screws as per design. Aluminium Fluted strips 3.15 mm thick 1.50 mm wide. As Per D.S.R. 5.29.2.1 (Including cost of all Material, labour, T&P, Labour Cess and All other Taxes but Excluding G.S.T.), As per Direction by E/I.

Providing and fixing concertina coil fencing with punched tape concertina coil 600 mm dia 10 metre openable length ( total length 90 m), having 50 nos rounds per 6 metre length, upto 3 m height of wall with existing angle iron ‘Y’ shaped placed 2.4m or 3.00 m apart and with 9 horizontal R.B.T. reinforced barbed wire, stud tied with G.I. staples and G.I. clips to retain horizontal, including necessary bolts or G.I. barbed wire tied to angle iron, all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge, with reinforced barbed tape(R.B.T.) / Spring core (2.5 mm thick) wire of high tensile strength of 165 kg/ sq. mm with tape (0.52 mm thick) and weight 43.478 gm/ metre (cost of M.S. angle, C.C. blocks shall be paid separately) As per D.S.R. 2023 No. 16.53 (Including cost of all Material, labour, T&P, Labour Cess and All other Taxes but Excluding G.S.T.), As per Direction by E/I.

Cleaning Jungles including uprooting of trunk vegetation grass, bushes, wood trees and sapling of girth upto 30cm measured at a height of 1 meter above ground level and removal of rubbish upto a distance of 50 meters out side the periphery of area cleared.
