Dismantling of roof terracing cement / brick concrete (un-reinforced) and existing water proofing treatment of any thickness in any position and of any portion from top of roof of building, cleaning surface of roof with wire brush / mechanical brush and with water thoroughly to remove all dust / dirt and loose particles to expose base concrete roof slab and removal of rubbish / demolished material out of MD land complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for supply and application of 7 layer SHR water proof coating system on leaking concrete surface by thorough surface preperation, opening of cracks, followed by one absorption coat of thermacool WP51, nano modified, UV resistant elastomeric clear coating having min 50% solids, filling of cracks, then over coating with sand witch coat of elastomeric (Thermacool WP51 +Cement) water proofing layer with 80 GSM non woven fibre mesh, application of 3rd coat of elastomeric water proofing layer having 450% elongation, tensile strength min 2.2MPa and then top coated with two coats of thermacool 0.3c pure acrylic based UV resistant, non yellowing bio organism resistant (anti fungal, anti bacterial) solar reflective coating confirming to BIS STTD IS 17218: 2019 with pull off adhesion 2.8MPa, passes 20 hrs accelerated durability test, suitable for all types of cementitious surfaces, white colour, matt, surface coverage 3.25sqm/ltr/2 coat, DFT 100-120 microns using brush, roller, airless spray gun as applicable and application is to be done with Thermacool approved applicator with ten year guarantee complete all as specified and directed. Or equivalent make of Dr.Fixit/ BASF/Fosroc with their specification with authorised applicator with 10 year guarantee.

Supply and Application of 4 Layer SHR Waterproofing Coating System as per manufacturer application procedure on leaking concrete wall surface / chajja portion by thorough surface preparation with high pressure water jet minimum 125 bars, opening the cracks, followed by one absorption coat of nano-tech enhanced elastomeric waterproofing (NEEWP) emulsion having UV resistance and min. 50% solids, filling and sealing the cracks, then over coating with 2 Coats of NEEWP + Cement mixture as waterproofing coat having +450% Elongation followed by curing and then top-coated with 1 protective coat of SHR Coating - pure acrylic based, UV resistant, non-yellowing, bio-organism resistant (anti-fungal, anti-bacterial) conforming to BIS STD IS 17218:2019 with pull off Adhesion 2.8 Mpa, passes 2000 hrs accelerated durability test, suitable for all types of cementitious surfaces, white colour, matt, surface coverage 3.25 SQM/Ltr/2 Coats, DFT 100 - 120 microns using brush, roller, airless spray gun as applicable. The product should be certified by NABL Approved Lab and application is to be done by company approved applicator only complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone wall etc including racking out joints, hacking for key scrubbing with water etc complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for rendering 15mm thick in CM (1:4) on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in two coats (10 + 5 mm), both coat mixed with integral water proofing compound ISI Marked @ 2% by the weight of cement and finishing the surface even and fair complete all as specified and directed. Note - WPC shall be measured and paid separately.

Supply only integral water proofing compound.

Chipping off existing loose and damaged concrete from RCC members, including all affected RCC columns, beams, slabs and chajjas on both external and internal facades, beyond the main reinforcement (if deemed necessary by the consultant), carefully using a chisel and hammer. (a) Providing and applying 'Rusticide SS' rust passivator (or equivalent as specified in the approved brand list) to existing reinforcement bars, including wire brushing of the reinforcement, cleaning and washing of the concrete surface complete as specified and directed. (b) Providing and applying 2 coats of rust preventor slurry, prepared using "Polyalk Fixoprime" or equivalent (as per specified brands) and cement in the ratio 1:1.5, on the existing reinforcement bars as directed. (c) Providing and applying a bonding coat of slurry, prepared with "Polyalk EP" or equivalent(as per approved brans) and cement in the ratio 1:1, over the concrete and reinforcement substrates complete all as specified and directed. (d) Subsequently, providing and applying PMM using "Polualk EP" or equivalent in the specified mix portion 1:5:15 to RCC members, including hand packing, proper curing and preparing the surface with a rough finish for further plastering. NOTE: Work to be carried out at G+14 bldg including top roof, parapet and shaft walls with scaffolding and safety measures.
