Providing two legged scaffolding using 48.30 mm diameter heavy duty M.S. Pipe over all height 3.00 m the distance between two legs being 1.25 m and the spacing of the post being 2.00 m in each rows and providing platform with country wood plants using 40 mm thick silver oak and 1.00 m wide in complete from with horizontal bracing @ 1.50 m c/c vertical direction and with cross bracing using same 48.30 mm diameter including cutting, threading assembly with one coat red oxide primer. Labour charges, cost of special such on large plate, shoe, catcher, coupling, bolt and nut, transport charges and handling charges. The bottom of vertical post shall rest on 300 x 300 x 70mm, 1:2:4 concrete base as per the standard specification. The cross bracing to be assembled as per sketch enclosed.

Dismantling the damaged Floor finish & dadooing walls in cement mortar with Mosaic Tiles / Glazed Tiles / Clay Tiles / Cuddapah Slabs and clearing away with carefully stacking the material useful for reuse for any thickness etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the Departmental officers.

Labour charges for the removal of Vegetation Growth and uprooting the main roots and subroots and applying high density Acid Solution ( Fully Concentrated) in the uprooted tree portion and then applying Acid Solution mixed with lime for 10 days. After a period of 10 days the dismantled portion should be plastered with chettinadu methode lime plastering 1:1,10mm thick and painted with lime wash two coat over one coat of primer etc., The rate is inclusive of cost of materials, labour charges and necessary hire charges for safty felt, helmet, ropes etc., complete as directed by the departmental officers.

Mazdoor-1st Category

Plain Cement Concrete 1:2:4 (one cement, two crushed stone sand and four hard broken stone jelly) using 20mm jelly for wearing coat including laying, compacting, finishing and curing, etc., complete as per standard specificatins and as directed by the departmental officers.- Mixing by manual means

Brick work in following Cement Mortar 1:5 using best quality Burnt Clay Brick of size 9" x 4 3/8" x 2 3/4" with class designation of 7.5 conforming to IS 1077-1992 for foundation and basement including Cost of Mortar Plasticizer curing, etc.,complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. Brickwork shall be done as per IS 2212-1991 adopting English Bond generally.other type of bond shall be done as directed by the Executive Engineer in charge.

In Ground floor

Plastering the surface of walls with Cement Mortar 1:3 (One cement and Three plastering sand), 12mm thick in all floors including mortar plasticizer at 200ml per 50Kg of cement used, curing etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Plastering with Cement Mortar 1:5 (One cement and Five Plastering sand), 12mm thick in all floors including mortar plasticizer at 200ml per 50Kg of cement used, curing etc. complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Rectification of beams, column and slabs by dismantling and chipping the distressed portico cleaning of reinforcement with wire brush and by sand plastering, cleaning and water washing applying corrosion, inhibitor coating at the rate of 1.20kgs/1m2 over the affected surface as per the specification given by the manufacturing guniting with CM 1:3 ( One cement and three P sand) to an average thickness of 40mm under pressure and finished neatly includinghire charges for all tools and plants, labour , fuel charges including all leads for portable water including curing 7 days and all other incidential charges etc., complete complying with standard specification.

Paving the floor with pre-polished concrete anti-skid tiles (Required shape and design) of 20mm thick of approved quality and colour laid in accordance with IS 1443 over a cement mortar bed of 20mm thick in Cement Mortar 1:3 (One Cement and Three crushed stone sand) with required Cement Slurry and Mortar Plasticizer and pointed with white cement mixed with colouring pigment at the rate of 0.40 Kg. / sq.m., curing, etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. (The make and brand of the tiles should be got approved by Executive Engineer before use on works)

Paving pre-polished concrete anti-skid step tiles (Required shape and design) of 20mm thick of approved quality and colour laid in accordance with IS 1443 in Cement Mortar 1:3 (One Cement and Three crushed stone sand), with required Cement Slurry and Mortar Plasticizer, 20mm thick and pointed with white cement mixed with colouring pigment at the rate of 0.40 Kg. / sq.m., curing, etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. (The make and brand of the tiles should be got approved by Executive Engineer before use on works)

Supplying and fixing position CI Nahani Trap / Floor Trap of the Nahani Trap of size 100 x 75mm with stainless steel gratings of approved brand and quality, fixed over a bed of brick jelly lime concrete 1:2:5 (One part of lime, two part of crushed stone sandand five part of 40mm gauge brick jelly) and finished with Cement Mortar 1:3 (One Cement, Three sand) including dismantling masonry works wherever found necessary and making good the dismantled portions to the original condition and giving connection to the CI / PVC pipes, etc., complete complying with standard specification. (The Nahani Trap should be got approved by the Executive Engineer before use on works).

Supplying and fixing in position best approved of BIS quality PVC rain water down fall pipes of 110 mm dia having a pressure of 4 kg. / sq.cm including cost of necessry PVC shoe, PVC bend, cast iron gratings of required diameter and special clamps, brass screws, nails, etc., and fixing of cast iron gratings at junction of parapet and the RCC roof slab including finishing neatly etc., complete. The rate shall be inclusive of cast of removable cast iron grating. The PVC pipe shall be fixed in wall with special type of "U" clamp at the centre of the pipe line in addition to those for more than 3.0 metre pipe length, etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Supplying and fixing in position 15mm dia brass CP screw down tap / Pillar tap / Swan neck tap (heavy duty) of approved make conforming to BIS specifications and quality including cost of shellac, thread, etc., complete complying with standard specification and including cutting and threading wherever necessary. (Taps should be got approved by the Executive Engineer before use on the works)

Painting Old Plastered Wall Surface with One finishing coats of ready mixed Exterior (Emulsion) of approved quality and colour over thorugh scrapping the existing wall in all floors etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. (The make, quality and colour of paint should be got approved by the Executive Engineer before use on works.)

Painting Old iron works such as steel doors, windows, ventilators, window bars, balustrades etc., with One coats of best approved first quality and colour of synthetic enamel paint in all floors etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. (The make, quality and colour of paint should be got approved by the Executive Engineer before use on works.)

Collecting the scattered debris from the campus and conveying away the same to outside by lorry to a lead of 3KM including loading and unloading charges and dumping in low places and leveling etc., complete.
