Dismantling, floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding but not backing and removing rubbish off the premises complete all as specified & directed.

Rough excavation n.exc 1.5 m deep and getting out in hard/ dense soil complete all as specified & directed.

Removing excavated material exc. 1.50 km but n exc. 5 km and depositing where directed complete all as specified & directed.

Spreading and levelling excavated earth in layers n exc. 25 cm thick, well ramming including watering as required complete all as specified & directed.

M & L for Brickwork with subclass ‘B’ bricks (Old size Brick), straight or curved on plan exc. 6 m mean radius, built in CM 1:6 complete all as specified & directed.

M &L for decorative Multi colour Cascade wall Fountain tiles 10 mm thick including 10 mm thick backing coat in CM 1:4 complete all as specified & directed. (Design & Pattern as approved by GE) complete all as specified & directed.

M & L for 25 mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B1 (using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregates) as in base course to floor finishes, surface finished even and fair to receive the tiles complete all as specified & directed.

M & L for 10-12 mm thick ceramic heavy duty parking tiles 400 x 400 mm of any pattern decided by GE as in paving laid over & including 20 mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:4 and jointed with cement slurry mixed with pigments to match the shade of tiles complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for glazed ceramic coloured digital tiles on vertical surfaces 300x200x7mm thick set with 3mm gap and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed with epoxy grouts over & including 10 mm thick rendering of cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Non skid joint less coloured ceramic tiles 7-8 mm thick area of each tile exc. 0.18 Sqm not exceeding 0.38 Sqm in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over & including 15 mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed

S & F Framed work such as grills, gratings, etc., with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; framework of water tanks and similar work conforming to Fe 410-0 or Fe 310-0 complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Granite (of any type) tiles 18-20 mm thick machine cut, bedded with 20 mm screed bed in cement mortar 1:4 and jointed with grey cement slurry and pointed with white cement with admixture of pigment to match the shade of granite stone including grinding, moulding and polishing complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 20 mm thick granite (of any type) machine cut as in vertical surfaces and like, jointed with grey cement slurry and pointed with white cement with admixture of pigment to match the shade of granite stone including grinding, and polishing laid over and including 15 mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for plain cement concrete M-25 pre cast factory made kerb stone matching with existing kerb stone shape and size set in CM 1:4 including demolition of existing kerb stone etc. complete all as specified and directed .

M & L for applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint on concrete surface including preparation of new or previously untreated surfaces of any description over 10 cm width or girth, not other wise described complete all as specified and directed.

S & F mild steel work in tubular trusses including special shaped washer, nut & bolt and all required accessories complete using ERW or induction butt welded tubes conforming to IS 1161-1979 grade St.-240 complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 15 mm thick polymer modified plaster in CM (1:4) on fair face of brick or concrete surfaces of walls finished even and smooth without using extra cement and using SBR latex emulsion @ 4% by weight of cement complete all as specified and directed. Note: - SBR latex shall be measured and paid separately.

Supply only Styrene Butadiene Rubber latex emulsion.

M & L for preparation of new plastered surfaces of wall and applying two coats of Exterior Emulsion paint over & including one coat of primer and one coat of exterior wall care putty all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparation of new or previously untreated surfaces, of steel and iron work of any description not otherwise described over 10 cm in width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of Red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

Note :- Cost of removal of old/ waste/ unwanted material of any description or any type etc. to a distance of 5 km or beyond out side MOD Land is included in the quoted unit rates.
