Demolition of brickwork or stone boulder masonry, built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stone work and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for walling of random rubble uncoursed,well bounded,bedded and solidly hearted built in CM 1:6 brought up to course. etc. complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 2 here in before, but except stone etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Keyed pointing to random rubble or polygonal rubble masonry in CM 1:3 complete all as specified and directed.

M & L cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) in wall or retaining wall, any thickness, size or shape including pilasters, buttresses columns, pillars, boundary pillars and posts (incl caps and bases).etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M &L providing cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-0 (using 12.5 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) in lintel upto 1.5 m clear span, cills, steps; seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, stringcourses lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones bed plates,kerbs incl weathering slightly rounded or chemfered angles and throating as directed.

Dismantling fencing wire mesh,any type.etc. complete all as specified and directed.

S&F hand rails, half round or other stock section or core for wooden hand-rail straight portion, drilled and countersunk for balusters running bars, for doors, balusters, nosing to steps incl embeding in concrete and screwing etc, wind ties for roof incl securing bolts, posts and struts in fencing incl cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc., flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) incl all necessary drilling bolting for riveting etc., and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165.etc. complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs galvanised 2 strand steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing in repairs all as specified.and directed.

M&L for broken glass coping on top of wall in CM 1:3 all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of fencing post or struts ( wood/steel / RCC) any section including taking out iron strap , bolts and nuts complete and making good surface in soft/loose soil.etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in post holes (for similar holes) each n.exc 0.5 cum getting out, returning filling in and ramming earth or broken rubbed mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25 cm, watering and removing surplus soil outside MD land and making good surface in soft/loose soil.etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L PCC 1:4:8 type D2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation concrete.etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for MS angles, bars flats etc as in support for stifening of fencing of fencing wall ties, hold fasts , clamps and similar works fonfirming to Fe-410 or Fe 310 complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only PVC coated 1mm thick MS galvanised chain link fencing any size 50mmx50mmx2.5 mm or type etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Fixing only PVC coated MS galvanised chain link fencing including line wires any mesh,size 50x50x2.5mm ,type of standard rails staining bolts etc incl provn of binding wireetc. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for two coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide ,primer including prepration of new steel surfaces.etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for mild steel round bars 10 mm dia and over cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking bending spirally hooping for columns, hookind ends and binding with mild steel wire annealed not less than 0.90 mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed..

M&L for precast cement concrete block masonry 1:3:6 type C1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate with solid blocks, exc 10 cm in width and setting in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls including racking out joints, hacking for key scrubing down with water etc.and removing from the campus complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick on fair face of brick work finished even and smooth without using extra cement in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surfaces of wall and applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of cement primer complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cement concrete 1:2:4 type B 1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as surface channels and drains complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for extra for forming fair finished concrete surfaces not exc 45 cm inner girth with, using extra cement, incl forms, moulds, mitred/stopped ends etc.complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for precast RCC cover with 1:2:4 concrete Type B1 ( Using 20 mm graded stone Aggregate) cross sectional area exceeding 100 Sq.Cm but not exceeding 250 Sq.Cm including necessary form work etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for mild steel TMT bar 10 mm dia and over , cut to length ,bent to shape required , including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire not less than 0.9 mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for mild steel TMT bar 6 to 8 mm dia and over , cut to length ,bent to shape required , including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with mild steel wire not less than 0.9 mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed.

Taking out mud/soil/silt etc from drains including removal of drain covers of any description and re-fixing the covers in the same position and removal of the mud /soil to a distance ouside MD land all as specified and as directed.

All as per item No 28 here in before but in open drains complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition concrete in ground floors and pavings n exc 15cm thickness (below or above ground level).complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 75 mm thick PCC 1:4:8 type D2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate in sub base for flooring complete all as specified and directed.

S&F machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 60 mm thickness, M-35 Grade complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for sand filling under floors or in foundations including watering and consolidations etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 20mm thick screed bed or bedding layer of mortar 1:6 for laying floor finishes complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for chequered cement concrete tiles with grey cement and no pigments 30cmx30cmx25 mm thick set jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:3:6 type C2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate and finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.
