Supplying and erecting steel centering for sides and soffits including supports and strutting For PCC Shuttering complete as per standard specification - 10m2 as per TNDSS & Morth specification No:30 & 36

Supplying and erecting shuttering including necessary supports plain surfaces in foundation and basement in all floors for reinforcement cement concrete works such as Rcc column etc.. using mild steel sheets of size 90 x 60 cm and B.G. 10 gauge stiffened with welded mild steel angles of size 25 x 25 x 3mm for boarding laid over silver oak country wood joists of size 10 x 6.5 cm spaced at about 90 cm center to center and supported with Casuarina props of 10cm to 13 cm dia spaced at 75 cm center to center at suitable intervals etc.. Complete complying with standard specification.

Supplying and erecting shuttering including necessary supports plain surfaces in foundation and basement in all floors for reinforcement cement concrete works such as Pedestal bed blocks, staircase steps, Rcc roof, grade beams, , plinth beam etc.. using mild steel sheets of size 90 x 60 cm and B.G. 10 gauge stiffened with welded mild steel angles of size 25 x 25 x 3mm for boarding laid over silver oak country wood joists of size 10 x 6.5 cm spaced at about 90 cm center to center and supported with Casuarina props of 10cm to 13 cm dia spaced at 75 cm center to center at suitable intervals etc.. Brick work in cement mortar 1:5 mix using (One cement and five sand) using best quality of III class Country bricks of size (8 3/4"x4 1/4"x 2 3/4") for foundation including curing cost and conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges etc., complete as per standard specification TNDSS specification No.31 & 31C- 10m3

Plastering in cement mortar 1:3 (one cement three sand) using 10mm thick including cost and conveyance of all materials and labour charges etc, complete as per standard specification. [MoRTH Specification: Clause:1000/1300]

Plastering in cement mortar 1:4 (one cement Four sand) using 12mm thick including cost and conveyance of all materials and labour charges etc, complete as per standard specification. [MoRTH Specification: Clause:1000/1300]

Painting two coats with approved cement paint over a priming coat of cement plastered wall surface, ceiling and other new surface and including cleaning, preparing the surface and curing etc., complete.including cost and conveyance of all materials etc.and all lobour charges etc.complete as per Standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.
