Supply , installing, testing and commissioning of outdoor type step down transformer 11000/433 volts (at no load), AC , 3 phase 50 Hz , copper wound type complete with standard fittings, 11 KV 3 phase , LT 433 volts, 3 phase 4 wire with off load tappings on HT side to vary secondary voltage within limit, all as per IS: 1180 (with latest amendments) of capactiy 100 KVA. of level 3 ,core type copper wound,oil immersed, naturally cooled, oil nature,air nature(ONAN) with external cooling tubes/fins delta connected on primary side (HV) and star connected on secondary side(LV) in accordance with vector symbol DYN-11(Vector group)with neutral brought out on secondary side (LV side ) and having tapping upto ±7.5% HV side in step of ±2.5% to be changed by means of hand operated off load tap changer gear. the maximum temparature rise should not exceed 45 degree celsius in oil and 55 degree celsius in HV/LV winding when measured by resistance method after continuous full load run on an ambient temparature of 40 degree celsius. The transformer shall be IS 1180 marked and shall comprise of the following :- (a) cable box on HT side suitable for 11 KV complete with insulator,copper rods, nut and washers. (b) One cable box on LT side (secondary side ) consisting of 04 No of porcelain bushing with copper rod , complete with nuts and washers with two numbers cable glands suitable for reception /taking out of XLPE insulated heavy duty armoured cable including glands, joints and jointing material complete.

(c) Oil conservator with filter type drain valve and oil level gauge (d) Dehydrating breather with first fills dehydrating agents (silca gel) (e) Thermometer pocket on tank cover (f) One number 100 mm dia, dial type thermometer, vapour pressure type having range 0-120 degree celsious wth metal guard having max perimeter reading tempreture indicator with resisting device for transformer (g) Two earthing terminal on tank cover to facilitate fixing of 32x6 mm GI earth strip for earhting of neutral and body. complete all as directed. Supplying, transporting and erecting in position steel tubular swaged poles 410-SP-55 type, 11.00 metre long complete with mild steel base plate, CI finial taper, bolts, nuts and washers etc ,painting steel tubular poles exposed surfaces with aluminium paint two coats over one coat of red oxide primer and providing painting of 30 cm wide red and white strips upto 1.5 mtr from bottom of the errected pole, painting embedded portion of poles with one coat of bituminious paint including marking of pole number etccomplete all as directed.

M&L for cross arms, bracing supports, clamps back plates angles fabricated from the structural steel section including bolts, nuts, washers, welding, bending, drilling holes for bolts, bent to any required shape of size as indicated or directed, inclusive of one primer coat and two coats of aluminium paint after preparation of surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair Anti-climbing device, spikes type fabricated out of comprising 2.24mm dia galvanised steel 2-strand barbed wire with 2.00mm dia barbs wrapped spirally round poles, to a length of 0.5 to 1.0 metre clamped and properly secured or as ordered with & including two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, fixing, testing and commissioning air break isolating switch tripple pole mechanically operated with vertical isolation,9 nos. polymer type insulators mounted on steel frame with operating mechanism worked from ground level and including operating rod of 25 mm dia medium grade GI pipe and locking arrangement of capacity 200 Amps 11 KV with drop out fuse set including making all incoming/outgoing connection of HT cable and overhead conductor using new leads and nuts, bolts etc and painting of steel work with 2 coats of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.
