Construction of BT Road Virmiyar to Siyai Granular Sub-Base with Coarse Graded Material ( Table:- 400- 2) (Construction of granular sub-base by providing coarse graded material, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC, and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per clause 401) (incl. lead upto 42 KM & all lifts) for grading- III Material

Carriage of Sand, bajri, ballast, stone, boulders, kankar & gravelly material includind loading & unloading ( MORTH specification : 514.5 table 500.28 ) Add for each subsequnt KM. Lead Upto 17 KM.

Water Bound Macadam (Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with vibratory roller 8-10 tonnes in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming requisite type of screening/ binding Materials to fill up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density.) By Manual Means Grading- II (Using Screening Type-B (11.2mm Agg.))

Water Bound Macadam (Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with vibratory roller 8-10 tonnes in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming requisite type of screening/ binding Materials to fill up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density.) By Manual Means Grading- III (Using Screening Type-B (11.2mm Agg.))

Prime coat (Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion on prepared surface of granular Base including clearing of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.85 kg/sqm using mechanical means.)

Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen emulsion using emulsion pressure distributor at the rate of 0.275 kg per sqm on the prepared bituminous/granular surface cleaned with mechanical broom

Open - Graded Premix Surfacing (Providing, laying and rolling of open - graded premix surfacing of 20 mm thickness composed of 13.2 mm to 5.6 mm aggregates either using penetration grade bitumen or cut-back or emulsion to required line, grade and level to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared base, including mixing in a suitable plant, laying and rolling with a smooth wheeled roller 8-10 tonne capacity, finished to required level and grades.) Case - I: Mechanical method using Penetration grade Bitumen and HMP of appropriate capacity not less than 75 tonnes/hour .

Add exrtra for adding shreaded plastic waste as per guidelines envisaged in IRC SP:98-2013 over item of open graded premix carpet @8% of the quantity of bitumen by weight including mixing of aggregate and plastic waste in hot mix plant (The bitumen content will be as per respective clause of morth specifications.

Seal Coat (Providing and laying seal coat sealing the voids in a bituminous surface laid to the specified levels, grade and cross fall using Type A and B seal coats) Case - II : Type B
