SCHEDULE A BOQ

Excavating in trenches not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 1.5m deep in hard/dense soil and getting out for laying of pipes cables etc complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- Manual excavation is only allowed.

Returning, filling including spreading levelling watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cms thick in hard/dense soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated materials not exceeding 50m distance and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed

Riddling Sand obtained from excavation for cable protection 8cm under the cable and 15cm above the cable in trench and get the thick layer of 18cm after ramming complete all as specified and directed. Note :- In case sufficient sand is not obtained from excavation, the required additional qty shall be obtained from out side MD land as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. The rate is deemed to be included the above provision.

M&L Fly ash bricks using modular bricks as in cable protection cover complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying GI pipe 40 mm bore light grade for cable protection complete all as specified and as dierced by Engr-in-Charge. Make : Tata, Jindal, Surya Prakash

M & L for boring of holes under road, pavement, hard standing by trenchless technology using ultra sounding technique and necessary machine including supply and laying HDPE pipe of 150 mm dia suitable for 0.4 mpa working pressure complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, installation, testing & commissioning of maintenance free chemical earthing system comprising 17mm dia copper bonded rod 3 mtr long horizontally pre welded T-terminal rod with provision for connection size of 50 x 150mm long, 6mm thickness with equal space either side, with 12mm dia hole of 02 numbers each on either side of the terminal clamp with 250 microns (average) coating thickness, tested and certified by CPRI India alongwith 50 Kg earth energizer compound and 10 litres earth resistance reducing liquid. The earthing energizer compound and resistance reducing earthing liquid shall be tested as per IEC-62561-7 read with ASTM G57-06, CI 3.4 A by any NABL accredited lab. The above mentioned rod shall be installed in 4-6 inch bore, 12 feet depth with a distance of minimum 3 meters between each installation all as specified and directed.

Note for item No 9:- The unit quoted rate shall deem to be included for the following :- (i) Prior to installation of maintenance free chemical earthing, soil resistivity test to be carried out at the location where earthing work to be done in presence of Engr-in- Charge/JE (E/M),user and the report has to submit to Garrison Engineer with recommendation of manufacturer, if required additional interconnection of earthing (not more than 04 number of earthing) to achive earth result less than 1 Ohms. The arrangement done for soil resistivity testing and submission of report with recommendation deemed to be included in the quoted rate.

(ii) The description/ size/ qty of items mentioned in above are for indicating only however qty/ size may vary at site condition to maintain the earth resistance 1 ohm. The contractor shall quote rate by considering all factors.

(iii) Rate of earth energizer compound of 25 Kg of 02 bags and earth resistance reducing liquid 10 litre per cane for each pit deemed to be included in the quoted rate.

(iv) Resistivity of earth energizer compound and resistance reducing earthing liquid shall be certified by any NABL accredited lab carried out as per IEC-62561-7 read with ASTMG57-06, CI-3.4A and the certificate of same shall be submitted by the contractor before commencement of work.

(v) Earthing shall be tested after completion of work by the contractor in presence of Engr-in-charge, user and proper record shall be maintained duly signed by all concerned. After testing if the desired earth resistance of less than 1 Ohm is not obtained, the earthing will be redone at no extra cost to Govt. till desired result is obtained.

(vi) Earth resistance tester will be provided by the contractor. Tester should be calibrated from authorised company/ lab.

(vii) The contractor shall give a written guarantee of minimum three years for maintaining the earth resistance less than 1 Ohm after certified date of completion.

(viii) No further maintenance or periodic watering or recharge shall be required in earthing during its guarantee period of over 03 years in all type of soil including soft/ disintegrated or hard rock.

(ix) During the guarantee period, if earth resistance is not maintained less than 1 ohm the contractor has to redo or rectify at no extra cost to Govt till desired result is mainained.

(x) A security deposit of value equal to 2.5 % of the amount quoted for chemical earthing per each earthing shall be retained from payment due to the contractor for the guarantee period.

(xi) Earth enhancing material should not leach into the adjacent soil or underground water channels and its PH valve should be in neutral range complete all as specified and as directed. It should solidify when mixed with water and set like concrete.

(xii) The electrode shall carry manufacturer's name .

(xiii) The connection clamp shall be permanentlly welded to the copper bounded rod to avoid any kind of connectivity loss,.The pre-welded copper bounded rod shall not need any additional clamp for termination.

(xiv) Copper strip of size 20 x 3 mm should be fixed on proper post insulator at the instrument end (copper strip will be measured and paid separately).

(xv) The acceptable earth resistance at earth busbar/ test point shall not be more than 0.1 ohm.

(xvi) The contractor shall submit CPRI India certified document for copper bonded rod to ensure genuity of material.

(xvii) Sign board of mild steel 2 mm thick duly painted with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide Zinc chrome primer showing result of earthing should be fixed near the earth pit after completion as directed by engr -in- charge.

(xviii) Earth work such as auguring and making good the surrounding area shall carried out in any type of soil.

M&L Earth pit cover made of heavy duty poly plastic of high grade polypropylene tested and certified by any NABL accredited lab for load bearing capacity not less than 9.2 tonnes with top dia not less than 250mm, bottom dia not less than 330 mm and height not less than 260 mm dia for each electrode pit complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Copper strip 20 x 3mm thick as earthing lead fixed to wall/roofs etc all as specified and directed. Note :- All Joints should be joined by Exothermic Welding or Brazing.

Supply & Laying XLPE insulated,screened ,PVC Bedded,galvanised steel strip of wire armoured, electric power cable heavy duty with aluminium conductor 1100Volts grade cross sectional area 16 Sqmm 4 core laid in trenches /ducts/fixed to wall/pole/ inside panel/ drawn through pipe including cable glands and terminal sockets etc all as specified and directed.

Supply & Laying XLPE insulated,screened ,PVC Bedded,galvanised steel strip of wire armoured, electric power cable heavy duty with aluminium conductor 1100Volts grade cross sectional area 50 Sqmm 3.5 core laid in trenches /ducts/fixed to wall/pole/ inside panel/ drawn through pipe including cable glands and terminal sockets etc all as specified and directed.

Note for Item No 30 & 31:- Earth work excavation, RFR, Removal, Cushioning, cable cover protection/ pipe etc will be measured and paid seperately

Supply, install, testing and commissioning of Voltage Stabilizer for automatic operation, three phase naturally air cooled indoor type, unbalanced type, with separate servo motor and auto transformer for each phase and designed for input variation between 340V to 460V with ouput voltage stabilized at 415 with accuracy (+) or (-) 2.5% and speed of correction 8 Volts per second and of capacity 10 KVA all as specified and as directed. Supply, install, testing and commissioning of Reactor panel 57.5 KVAr, 3 Phase, 415 V & 50 Hz system, and the degree of protection not less than IP-43 & general construction confirming to IS - 13947 , along with MCCB protection , CPRI approved, weather/vermin proof, made out of 3 mm thick CRCA sheet, factory assembled cubicle pattern construction, indoor type, with front and backside hinged single door with locking arrangement, floor mounted free standing type, duly powder coated, and mounting the panel board upto a height of 30 cm above floor level all as specified and directed consisting of the following items :-

(a) MCCB, Thermal Magnetic release, 125 Amp, 3 Pole, 25 KA. - 01 No

Note for Item No 37 :- (i) The reactor panel should maintain power factor correction of leading pf 0.7 to lagging pf 0.9 and it should guaranteed in the continuous operation of load.

(ii) The reactor panel should be subjected to switching during surge voltage, over voltage up to 2.5 times of the rated voltage

(iii) The reactor panel must withstand the stress during transient dynamic conditions due to over current up to 1.5 times of the rated current.

(iv)The disposition of windings should be in line or equilateral coil formation with class F insulation as specified in IS : 1271.

(v)The winding should be designed to withstand the electromagnetic forces due to the specify short circuit current and also the thermal effects arising there from.

(vi) The maximum current density under the specified over current condition should not exceed the appropriate value as specified in the relevent standard.

(vii)The crest value of the third harmonic component in phase current should not exceed 3% of the crest value of fundamental when reactor is energized the rated voltage with sinusoidal wave form.

(viii)The above switch gears and mounting the panel board shall be mounted on ground with PCC (1:3:6) bedding upto a height of 30 cm above ground level. The quoted rate is deemed to be inclusive for PCC, earth work for foundation and necessary form work etc.

M&L Sub main wiring for circuit complete with 4 runs of 2.5 sqmm single core PVC insulated, unsheathed FRLS 1100 Volt grade multi stranded copper conductor cable drawn through and incl suitable dia PVC rigid conduit and accessories complete fixed surface to wall/roof/ceiling etc and incl 2 runs of 2.5 sqmm single core PVC insulated, unsheathed FRLS 1100v grade multi stranded copper conductor cable as earth continuity conductor etc complete all as specified and directed. Note for item No 53:- (a) 4 runs of 2.5 sqmm cable along with 2 run of 2.5 sqmm cable for earth conductor and PVC rigid conduit shall be measured as one length.

(b) Connections of cables with MCBs or bus bars shall be done through appropriate size brass/copper thimbles.

Note for item No 59:- The above switch gears and mounting the panel board shall be mounted on ground with PCC (1:3:6) bedding upto a height of 45 cm above ground level. The quoted rate is deemed to be inclusive for PCC, earth work for foundation and necessary form work etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, install, testing and commissioning display Panel board of size 2 mtr x 1 mtr x 0.30 mtr suitable for indoor/outdoor as directed by Engr-in-Charge made up of 2mm MS sheet and panel partitioned into six compartments and front side of the five portion covered with tinned toughened glass and one porton covered with grill plate with mounting brackets for provision of lights/hooter and mounted on wall 1.5 m above GL with and including provision of 50 W LED flood light (indication board consisting of 05 Nos (02-Red, 02-Green and 01 Yellow) 50 W LED flood lights) and One Hooter of sound level 300 dB complete all as specified and as directed. Cutting existing road/PCC/Drain for laying of LT XLPE cable in pipe including necessary earth work, excavation exc 600mm depth but not exc 1mtr depth, wide 800mm including making good existing surface with PCC 1:2:4, type B-1, using 20mm graded stone aggregate thickness of concrete is 150mm complete all as specified and directed.

Note for item No 65 :- The unit quoted rate is deemed to be included for the following :-

(i) Earth work excavation in any type of soil/ PCC/ BT road

(ii) Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc. 25 cm thick complete all as specified and as directed.

(iii) Removing excavated material to out side MD land

(iv) 150 mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in road

(v) Cost of pipe and laying charge will be measured and paid separately under relevant item.
