M&L for Brick work with sub class ‘B’ bricks straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 metre mean radius, built in cement mortar (1:6), complete, all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 10.00 above but except brick (obtained from demolition item No 1.00 above).

S&F Mild steel Framed work using angle Iron ,flat Iron ,round bars as in security doors/gates with end of bars shouldered and or rivetted or forged into spikes ,framed guard bars barred into iron doors ,walkways railing framework amd similler work confiming to Fe 290 ,GDE E-165 all as specified and directed.

S&F for steel work in tubular section for purlin/rafters etc including special shaped washer etc. complete using induction butt welded tubes conforming to I.S. 1161-1998 grade St- 240.

M&L for false ceiling with Armgyp-FB ceiling tiles of size 595 x 595mm, 9mm thick (as approved by GE) to be fixed & including make Armstrong GI based powder coated snap grid/section size 600mmx600mm with main runner 38x24x0.9mm thick, cross tee 28.6x24x0.9 mm and wall angle 19x19xo.9 mm duly suspended with 4mm dia GI bar hangers 1200mm centre to centre both ways fixed with steel dash fasteners or from purlin from the roof with alignment clip including providing provisions for light fixtures of any size and finally applying two coats of oil bound distemper with preparation of sufaces etc complete all as specified.

M&L for Providing cement concrete as in coping PCC 1:2:4 Type B-0 using 12.5mm graded aggregate, with & including necessary form work Complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down carefully existing bitumen tarfelt, including plaster of any description over the surfaces of roof, terraces including flashings and junctions of parapets/Curb walls etc and removing of the rubbish to a distance exc. 500m but n.exc. 1.00 Km and depositing where directed,complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Screed bed/roof plaster 20mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 mixed with Water Proofing Admixture as per manufacture instructions on concrete surfaces of roof slab finishing the surfaces even and smooth complete all as specified . (WPA shall be measured and paid separately)

M&L for cleaning of all loose dirt and dust from roof and priming the surface with one coat of cold applied bituminous primer @ 0.40 Kg/Sqm conforming to IS : 3384 and applying a layer of APP based polymeric membrane not less than 3mm thick weighing not less than 3.50 Kg/Sqm, reinforced with polyester non woven fabric (weighing not less than 150 gms/Sqm) and upper side of membrane thermally insulated with white gravel finish uniformly embedded during manufacturing process. It shall be laid by torch application having side over lap 75 mm and at the end 100 mm, all overlaps and joints shall be sealed by torch application. For parapet, membrane shall be taken to a height of minimum 60 cm and inserted inside the parapet in a groove to a depth of 65 mm. The same shall be finished by a membrane flashing. Note : The net area of water proofing treatment shall be measured without any extra allowance for laps & portion inserted in groove which shall be deemed included in the quoted rates.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:6 on fair faces of stone/brick masonry or concrete surfaces mixed with water proofing compound and finished even and fair without using extra cement all as specified and as directed. (WPC Shall be paid separately)

M&L for rendering 15mm thick other than fair faces of stone/brick masonry in cement mortar 1:6 on fair faces of stone masonry or concrete surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement all as specified and as directed.

Complete removal of existing treatment and applying two coats of 100% premium exterior acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance extrior paint of required shade (company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/10 Sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre /10 Sqm over new surfaces all as specified & as directed.
