Quarterly maintenance & (breakdown maintenance if any) of Supply AHUs ( 2 nos) of flow capacity 5000 cfm at 125 mm WG static pressure as per Technical Specification .

Quarterly maintenance & (breakdown maintenance if any) of outdoor Unit of AHU of 11 TR each ( 8 Nos) which include compressor, condenser, fan etc., expansion device, copper tubing between DX cooling coil and outdoor unit, refrigerant for the system.

Quarterly maintenance & (breakdown maintenance if any ) of Exhaust Air Handling Unit with exhaust air capacity 6500 cfm at static 175 mm WG and as per technical specification of the tender.

Supply and Installation of HEPA Filters for BIBO filter Assembly ( 3 filters in one set). Total CFM of BIBO is 5500.

Supply and installation of alluminium perforated sheet over acoustic insulation in AHU room.

Lab Furniture in SS 304 construction : supply and installation of lab furniture to be fabricated out of SS 304 sheet of mat finish as per scope of work. All standard accessories like SS handle ,door hinge, lock of reputed make ( ISI marked) etc. to be provided and the cost of same shall be included in the cost of item only.
