Dismantling brick or stone masonry in lime or cement mortar under 3m. height including stacking the useful materials for reuse and removing the debris within 50m. Lead

Dewatering , Cleaning Muddy/sludge water from the Pond by using 5HP disel Pump set with Pump Operator as required for the work etc. al complete as per direction of Engineer in-Charge.

Earthwork in all kinds of soil in excavation of foundation trenches for columns, basement, tie beams, walls and steps in all kinds of soil including moorum, hard stoney earth and earth mixed with boulders except sheet rocks and boulders requiring blasting with all leads and lifts including dressing and leveling the bed sides up to required depth and depositing the excavated materials at places away from the work site with all leads and lifts, T&P for shoring, shuttering, dewatering if required etc. complete as per the drawing, designing including cost of all labour, T&P etc. as required for the work complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Clearing and grubbing road land including uprooting rank vegetation, grass, bushes, shrubs, saplings and trees girth up to 300 mm, removal of stumps of trees cut earlier and disposal of unserviceable materials and stacking of serviceable material to be used or auctioned, up to a lead of 1000 metres including removal and disposal of top organic soil not exceeding 150 mm in thickness complete as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge.

Earth work in all kinds of soil within 50m. initial lead & 1.5m. initial lift including rough dressing & breaking clods to maximum 5cm. to 7cm. & laying in layers not exceeding 0.3m. in depth & as per direction of the engineer–in–charge.

Filling in foundatin and plinth with sand watered and rammed including cost of sand & labour as per direction of the engineer–in–charge.

Providing and laying of Cement Concrete of grade 1: 3 :6 (1cement : 3 sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size ) of approved quality from quarry mixing in concrete mixer ,lowering and compacting in proper thickness , watering & curing for the required period .including all cost of labour ,material,conveyance,royalties and taxes ,sundries ,T & P etc. all complete as per the directions of Engineer-in-charge.

Filling Empty Cement Bag with Sand for Coffer Dam

Providing Fly ash bricks masonry work using (250mmx120mmx80mm size) having crushing strength not less than 75Kg/Sqcm in cement mortar (1:6). Immersing the bricks in water before use in all necessary projection splays cutting, circular moulding, corbelling etc. Including cost of conveyance ,taxes & royalties, loading and unloading of all materials & cost of all labour, scaffolding ,watering & curing ,sundries, T & P etc. complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge .
