Excavation for roadwork in soil with hydraulic excavator of 0.90 bucket capacity including cutting and loading in tippers , trimming bottom and side slopes in accordance with requirements of lines , grades and cross section, and transporting to the embankment loaction with a lift upto 1.50 m and kead upto 1000 m as per technical specification

Construction of subgrade and earthen shoulders with approved materials obtained from borrow pits with all lifts and leads, transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and completed to meet reguirment to table 300.2 with lead upto 1000m as per technical specification clause 303.1 (Filling of cut Earth)

Construction of subgrade and earthen shoulders with approved materials obtained from borrow pits with all lifts and leads, transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and completed to meet reguirment to table 300.2 with lead upto 1000m as per technical specification clause 303.1 (using borrow pit earth)

Construction of embankment with approved material obtained from borrow pits with a lift upto 1.50 m , transporting to site , spreading , grading to required slope and compacting to meet requirement of Tables 300.1 and 300.2 with a lead upto 1000 m as per technical specification clause 301.50 (Gravel shoulder)

Construction of granular sub - base by providing well graded material , spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface , mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC , compacting with three wheel 80-100 KN static roller capacity to acheive the desired density , complete as per technical spec cl 402 (Grading III)

Providing, laying spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to Wet mix macadam specification including premixing the materilal with water at OMC in mechanical plant carriage of mixed material by tipper to site , laying in uniform layers with paver in sub base / base course on a well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to acheive the desired density.

Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion (SS-1) on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.70-1.0 kg/sqm using mecahnical means as per Technical specification clause 502.

Providing and applying tack coat with Bitumen emulsion (RS-1) using emulsion distributor at the rate of 0.25 to 0.30 kg per sqm on the prepared granular surface teated with primer cleaned with Hydraulic broom as per technical specification clause 503

Providing and laying Bituminous macadam with hot mix plant using crushed aggregates of grading as per table 500.4 premixed with bituminous binder , transported to site upto lead of 1000 m laid over a previously prepared surface with paver finisher to the required grade, level and alignment and rolled to acheive the desired compaction as per Technical specification cl 504.

Providing and laying bituminous concrete with 100-120 TPH batch type HMP producing an average output of 75 tonne per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading , premixed with bituminous binder @ 5.4 to 5.6 percent by weight of toatl mix and filler

Provision of 15 nos , rumble strips covered with premix bituminous carpet , 15-20 mm high at centre, 250 mm wide placed at 1m centre to centre at approved locations to control speed , marked with white strips of road marking point.
