Operation of 5MLD capacity sewerage treatment plant ( In NALCO TOWNSHIP) inclusive of all Sundays and holidays in shifts which is inclusive of operation of electrical Raw sewage pumps including sump pump (as when required) operation of Aerators (4Nos.) installed over platforms in Aeration Tank, operation of clarifier electrical motors installed in clarifiers, operation of sludge pumps by electric motors in sludge pump house to recycle the sewage to Aeration tank or to send the treated sludge in sludge drying bed including operation of treated sewage sump etc. with tools and tackles for this works are to be supplied by contractor and it is to be ensured that minimum 1No. skilled and 2 Nos. unskilled manpower in each shift are deployed by the contractor to carry out the job and all as per direction of E.I.C. PER DAY-3shifts for 2 years i.e. 730x3 = 2190 shifts.

Greasing of CI valves of different diameters from 150-300 dia at different location in STP inclusive of opening, refixing of valves, greasing tightening gland including providing gland packing etc. All manpower, materials, tools and tackles will be supplied by the contractor complete in all respect all as per direction of E.I.C.

Removal of dry sludge from sludge bed including loading, unloading, disposal up to a distance of 2KM as per the instruction of EIC.

Surface dressing of the ground including removing vegetation and inequalities not exceeding 15cm deep and disposal of rubbish lead up to 50M and lift up to 1.5M.

Supplying and filling sand of approved quality in layers not exceeding 200mm including ramming, watering leveling dressing etc. complete with all tools, tackles, labours etc. complete.

Repair of different kinds of CI valves size 50mm to 300mm dia including transportation and lifting if required and all tools and tackles etc. complete. (Spare parts if any to be supplied by Nalco)

Supply of 50mm dia CI valve at site and fixing in position and trail run, return of the old valve to Nalco store including transportation and lifting if required and all tools and tackles etc. complete.

Supply of 80mm dia CI valve at site and fixing in position and trail run, return of the old valve to Nalco store including transportation and lifting if required and all tools and tackles etc. complete.

Supply of 200mm dia CI valve at site and fixing in position and trail run, return of the old valve to Nalco store including transportation and lifting if required and all tools and tackles etc. complete.

Supply of 250mm dia CI valve at site and fixing in position and trail run, return of the old valve to Nalco store including transportation and lifting if required and all tools and tackles etc. complete.

Supply of 300mm dia CI valve at site and fixing in position and trail run, return of the old valve to Nalco store including transportation and lifting if required and all tools and tackles etc. complete.

Cleaning of foreign material and silt of the treated water pond and removing the foreign material etc generated out of the cleaning to a designated place as per the instruction of the EIC.

Dewatering of foundation, trenches, drains, low laying areas, sumps, water reservoirs, man-hole chambers, valve chambers using pump sets including cost of supply, transportation erection charges of pumps with all accessories and tools and tackles etc. and cost of labour operating with fuel, lubricant etc. all complete and as directed.

Uprooting of grass and bushes and disposal of the same upto a distance of 50 m outside the periphery of the area cleared from sand filtration bed of STP.

Re-cycling of township STP treted water from STP to various parks and gardens of Nalconagar township for plantation purpose by operating the electrical pumps and motors with well experience good knowledge of workers which have been installed separate pump house inside the STP campus near treated water sump including controlling of various diameter of valves in distribution line throughout the year including all sundays and holidays etc. all complete as per the direction of MIC.
