Schedule 'A' Section - I

Supply, install, commissioning of 16 meter high 20 sided polygon highmast lighting system fabricated out of BS-EN 10025 or equivalent 355 Mpa material in two sections, hot dip galvanised (single dip) internally & externally having uniform coating thickness of 85/65 micron for buttom & top section respectively as per BS 729 and with one longitudinal weld and having no circumferential weld suitable for wind veleocity of 180 Km/hr as per IS-875 (Part-3) duly provided with accessories like head frame, steel wire rope 6mm dia (7/19 construction with central core SS) trailing cable double drum winch, galvanised lantern carriage arrangement suitable for 09 luminaries symmetrically and manufacures design/details complete all as specified and directed. Rates quoted for Highmast light shall includes the following:- (i) Supply, and fixing of foundation bolts manufactured from special steel alongwith nuts, washers, anchor plates and templates etc as required as manufactures recommendations. (ii) Erection and commissioning of high mast with the help of suitable equipments and wiring of luminaries with all copper conductor, cable of suitable size &n providing flexible steel conduit pipe 3/4" for protection of cable. (iii) Design and casting of suitable shallow foundation with RCC M-25 mix concrete for high mast considering the safe bearing capacity of soil as 10 tonne/ Sqm at 2.00 meter depth-01 Job each. (iv) Casting of suitable foundation with RCC-25 mix concrete for panel as per manufacturers recommendations. (v) Supply and fix energy saving LED heavy duty flood light 250 W powder coated PDC aluminiumbody with toughened glass visior fitted in frame. opetion of secondary optical lens for superior light distribution. Efficacy>90 Lm/W - 09 Nos. (vi) Supply and fix aviation obstraction light - LED type 10 W - 01 No. (vii) Supply and installation of control panel (out door, double door) with auto control timer switch unit with digital time switch of capacity 32 Amps tripple pole MCB incommer housing suitable for operation of mast including suitable control circuit for power tool motor complete. (viii) Provn of earthing with GI plate 600mm x 600mm x 6mm thick including 2.50 meter long 40 mm dia GI pipe, PCC chamber, funnel, watering pipe, cover etc and including connecting with GI strip 25 x 3 mm to panel/ equipment - 02 Set each. (ix) Mast, luminaries & Control panel as per IEC-61439- I at ASTA should be of same company. (x) Make of Highmast lighting system: Bajaj/ CG/ Philips/ Wipro. (xi) All necessary excxavation and earth work in any type of soil including returning, filling and removel of surplus soil to distance not exceeding 50 meter.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 meter wide and not exceeding 1.5 meter in deep getting out in hard/dense soil for laying of cable/errection of poles etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling in trenches including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm thick after laying of cable complete all as specified and directed.

Removing surplus excavated material (Soil) to a distance not exceeding 50 meter and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 meter above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, laying and testing XLPE insulated LT Cable, 1100 Volts grade of size 70 Sqmm 3.5 Core, heavy duty armoured with stranded aluminium conductor including cable glands, lugs etc to suit the cable size, laid in trenches, fixed along the poles bare or through G.I. pipe, laid under floor, road etc, fixed in walls encased in G.I. pipe etc complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Earth work, pipe protection shall be measured and paid separately.

S&F galvanized steel tubing light grade 50 mm dia fixed on wall / pole fixed with including clamps.

Supply and laying Double wall corrugated HDPE duct pipe 63mm outer dia confirming to IS: 14930 (Part-II) of approved colour with fittings for cable protection complete laid in trenches or fixed on walls with clamps of suitable size all as specified and directed.
