Treatment of soil using chemical like round up for anti weeding laid in holes 300 mm olc and consumption @ 600 ml/10sqm.

Consolidation of subgrade with power road roller of 8 to 12 tonne capacity including making good the undulations with earth or quarry spoils etc, and rerolling the subora quarry subgrade.

Excavating, supplying and filling of local earth (including royalty) by mechanical transport upto a lead of 5 km also including ramming and watering of the earth in layers not exceeding 20 cm in trenches, plinth, sides of foundation etc. complete.

P/L and compacting stone aggregates of different sizes to form contour and elevation to the desired level as per Drawing and instruction of Engineer Incharge (size 40 mm / 20 mm / 10 mm) down black stone aggregate up to a depth of 300 mm from below primary backing. Layers of stone to be rolled as per desired slope and compaction using 8-10 tonnes Road roller over open area & pitch roller over areas with drainage pipes:

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade including curing but excluding the cost of centring and shuttering. All work upto plinth level with:1:5:10 (1 cement : 5 coarse sand : 10 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size).

Primary backing of 100% Polypropylene (min wt 240 g/m²) with Coating with Carboxylated SBR Latex appr. 1200 g/m² or Butadiene Styrene (total backing wt ≥ 1140 g/sqm or FIFA approved). Infill: 22-25 kg Silica Sand & min 7 kg SBR Rubber Granules per sqm. Stitched tufted line markings complete with 3 years maintenance (Exclusively in Playing Court).
