Servicing/Overhauling & Dehydration of 1600 KVA Bharat Bijlee Make Transformer No. 1 installed at Punjabi Bagh B.P.Station (HT Plant) by carring out following works. Dismantling of the complete transformer, disconnection of incoming HT cable connection in all respect.
Heating the HT & LT winding with inductance heating, removing the moisture to improve the IR value of the HT & LT winding.
Topping-up of transformer oil in T/R as required.
Dehydration of complete transformer oil.
Replacement of salica jal.
Checking and testing the transformer winding with HI POT testing, IR value, voltage Ratio etc.
Replacement of transformer cooling fins gasket & nut -bolts for stopping the leakage &repairing of fins.
Complete servicing of the bus duct and re-insulation of bus duct with epox paint including tightening of all the nut-bolts and joint etc. Replacing broken/defective insulator support as per site requirement. Reinstallation of the bus duct finishing all the jobs including making connection/joint through nut-bolt at both ends i.e the transformer as per site requirement.
Assembling the complete transformer by reconnection of all incoming & outgoing cable commissioning and testing on full load.
Painting the complete transformer by synthetic enamel paint after removing of deposited oil & dust by chemical washing from all around the body.
