M/o staff quarters at Dilshad Garden

Sweeping, Scavenging, Brooming, Cleaning including dusting and mopping (mopping is to be done with duster dipped in phenyl mixed with water in the ratio as described on the phenyl container except in open area) of all Toilets, pantries, glazed tiles, urinal seats, w.c., sinks, wash basin, floors, skirting, tiles, doors window, ventilators, ventilators glass along with all fixtures, rooms, corridors (verandah), staircase of all floors, using materials required such as cleaning powder, detergents, phenyl, acid & any other material as required complete by engaging minimum 2 no. of Environmental Assistant per day with all required T & P in all respect as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing of Supervisor for Staff Quarters situated at various locations in Dilshad Garden and Nand Nagri as decided by Engineer-in-charge for supervision of cleaning work, maintaining the record & safety of all the belongings of premises and records and for attending the queries of premises including all necessary T & P like stationary, seating arrangement etc. complete, as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing services like plumbing, carpentary, fitting, massonary etc. as, when and wherever required withhout any delay including helper as well as tools required to execute the services as per the direction of engineer in charge.
