Construction of sub grade & earthen shoulders : Construction of Sub grade & Earthen Shoulders with approved material obtained from borrow pits with all lifts and leads, transporting to site, spreading grading to required slope and compacting to meet requirement of Table 300.2 ith a lead upto 1000 m as per Technical Specification Clause 303.1 .) i) From private land.

Granular Sub-base with coarse graded materials (Table : 400-1) : (A) By Mix in place Method: Construction of Granular Sub-base by providing coarse Graded Materials, spreading in uniform LAYER 1s with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotovator at OMC and compacted with vibratory roller to achieve the desired complete as per cl. 401 (ii) For Grading II Material

Water Bound Macadam Sub-base/base : 3)WBM Grading 3 Using stone screening Type-B 11.2 mm for Gr.III Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with three wheel 80-100 kN static roller in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming, stone screening/binding materials to fill-up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density Grading 1 as per Technical Specification Clause 404. Traffic Signs (A) Retro reflectorised Traffic Signs : Providing and fixing of Retro-reflectorised cautionary, mandatory and informatory sign as per IRC:67 made of high intensity encapsulated lens type reflective sheeting vide clause 801.3, fixed over aluminum sheeting, 2mm thick fixed on an angle iron of 25x25x4mm supported on a mild steel angle iron post 75mmx75mmx6mm firmly fixed to the ground by means of properly designed foundation with M-15 grade cement concrete 45cmx45cmx60cm, 60 cm below ground level as per approved drawing and sign. (All steel work must be Tata/SAIL or nay other approved brand) ii) 60 cm equilateral triangle.
