Demolition of cement concrete block masonry on any description complete all as specified and directed.

M&L precast cement concrete block masonry not exc 10 cm width with solid block PCC 1:3:6 type C1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) and setting in cement mortar 1:4, etc completed all as specified and as directed.

M& L for precast cement concrete block masonry with old solid blocks retrived from item No 1 using PCC 1:3:6, type C1(using 20mm graded stoneaggregate), exc. 10cm in width, set in CM 1:4, etc, completed all as specified and as directed. all as specified

Taking down cement plaster on concrete or brick masonry surface including raking out joints, hacking for keys scrubbing down with water etc to receive plaster completed all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 15mm thick plaster in CM 1:4 on fair face of brick walls or concrete surface including mixing of liquid water proofing compound @ 200ml per 50 Kg cement bag, finished the surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified. (Note: Water proofing compound shall be measured and paid separately)

M&L for preparing newly plastered wall surface and applying two or more coats of 100% premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/10 Sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/10 Sqm complete all as specified and directed

M&L for complete removal of old decorated wall surface and applying two or more coats of 100% premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/10 Sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/10 Sqm complete all as specified and directed

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete (reinforcement cut as required to facilitate demolition) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for all as specified and directed

M&L for preparation old plastered surface of wall and applying one coats of weather proof (exterior grade) acrylic emulsion paint with anti fungal property over existing painted surfaces etc complete all as specified and as directed. Make: Dulux Weather Shield Max or Apex Ultima from Asian Paints or Berger weather coat All guard or equivalent. Note: Rate quoted shall be deemed to include scafolding upto 12m height or as per the actual site requirements

M&L for complete removal of old decorated surfaces of walls and cornices and applying two coat of distemper oil emulsion over a coat of primer complete all as specified and as directed.
